The Grandview Villa Dalat

The hotel sells coffee to residents a bit expensive. 100k/2 cups of coffee for residents, I think it's expensive. On par with cafes with forest views. Just my personal feelings after experiencing it. The room doesn't have a refrigerator or anything like that. Everything else is fine. Thanks

There was no internet connection throughout the entire stay, which was very inconvenient. When I raised the issue, the staff showed no willingness to resolve it and instead blamed the guest. In addition, the bed sheets were worn out and pilling, which felt neither clean nor comfortable. This was a disappointing experience, and I hope the hotel will improve its service and room quality.

Absolutely loved my stay at the GrandView. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the facilities were pristine, and the views were simply breathtaking. It was a perfect experience from start to finish. I will come back!

The room is lovely, clean, near Tui Mo To, Vu Thi Village Cafe,..... friendly and cheerful staff. The view from the rooftop and lobby is super nice. Breakfast is OK, not too excellent but just right. Only the kitchen lady was a bit annoying with us.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 double room and 1 room for 4 people, the hotel is very nice, clean, hot water quickly, friendly staff, location near tourist attractions. However, the kitchen lady was a bit annoyed with us, the hotel has breakfast from 7-9am. I woke up late at 8:45am, I went down to ask the kitchen if they were still serving breakfast and what to eat this morning, she said noodles, I told her that about 20 minutes later, the kids went down to eat, asking her and the staff to prepare for me. The staff was very friendly and cheerful, but she was annoyed, complaining that it was so late and she hadn't come down to eat breakfast yet, which made me a bit annoyed. I went down to ask because if the hotel didn't serve breakfast after that time, we would still be OK to eat out, but her attitude was bad, and while eating breakfast, she glared at us very unpleasantly. It made me have an unpleasant experience, but if I go to Da Lat, I would still book the GrandView hotel because I really like it, just a little bad experience.

New hotel, everything is clean, the view is extremely beautiful, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, it's just a bit sad that there's a kitchen but you can't cook

The accommodation is a bit far from the center, but the room is very nice. The air at the end of the year is cold, typical of Dalat, not hot like in the city center. The breakfast is not a buffet, just breakfast dishes like vermicelli and pho. The two days I went, it was vermicelli with crab and vermicelli with fish. The staff is quite enthusiastic, just not as welcoming as the places I have stayed. The experience is quite okay, worth it.

Thank God, I booked for my boss and his family. The hotel responded quickly. The booking was confirmed quickly.
