Very satisfied with The House 36. The owner is cheerful and enthusiastic. The location is also near the night market so it's within walking distance. I rented on Thursday, it's the year of the Covid epidemic + it's not the weekend yet so there are few guests, so I stayed at the house alone, holding the house key myself, going in and out, locking the gate myself, flexible hours ^^ Will come back if I have the chance to come to Hoi An next time

The location is close to Old Town. You can rent a bicycle or motorbike if you are too lazy to walk. The homestay owner is friendly and offered a cheap taxi price for us to move to Da Nang from Hoi An City.

When checking in, I was a bit disappointed because of the homestay. But the experience was also great. The host is friendly and hospitable, the room is quite good, the bathroom is comfortable and clean, the air conditioner is cool, quiet and close to the old town so moving is very convenient. There are cheap bicycle rentals and laundry services at very reasonable prices. Will come back when I have the opportunity to visit Hoi An.

Hi Ms Chau, Our family has never met in more than 10 years of working as a accommodation service with households, a guest who lacks sympathy and greed like her: 1/ The mistake was caused by forgetting to book, so our family had to compensate to upgrade to 2 deluxe family rooms for her to stay, just ask her to add 50,000 VND for electricity and water, we moved the two families who booked this room. to the house next door, offset the cost of 1,000,0000 due to our negligence. 2/ I booked the lowest room type, only 250,000,, have two more children, keep the luggage for my whole family the next day even though I checked out + at least 10 times sorry I'm still not satisfied , Host Thanh Nguyen
