The hotel may decline the reservation or request a second room depending on the hotel's room availability. - By law, guests are required to present a printed copy of their Vietnamese identity card, Vietnam Temporary Residence Card, or passport upon check-in. Foreign passport holders also need to have valid visas. - A deposit of VND 2,000,000 will be collected upon check-in, used for incidentals or damages during the stay, and will be refunded upon check-out. Or the hotel will keep the original ID/Passport of the guest upon check-in and will return it upon check-out. - Up to one child under 5 years old stays for free and includes breakfast if using existing beds. - Children over 12 years old are considered adults. - The hotel does not allow bringing in food and drinks from outside. - Children from 6 to 11 years old will be charged VND 320,000 when using existing beds. - Surcharge 1,100,000 VND/pax. - Prohibit smoking and smelly food (seafood, durian, jackfruit ...) or apply an intensive cleaning fee of 5,000,000 VND/case. - Smoking is only allowed in private areas (5th floor and outside lobby). - Pets are not allowed.

The bathroom is poorly designed because it's too small; a sliding door would have been more efficient. The air conditioner is set to 22-24 degrees Celsius, but I'm still sweating because the mattress isn't breathable. A fan should be added to direct the airflow. The wooden floor creaks when walked on, and there's a strong damp smell due to the wood flooring.

I just had a 2-day family vacation on March 14th and 15th. The staff were very helpful, and the space was beautiful and comfortable. Regarding check-in time: it's better to have guests check in at 2 PM, as some elderly guests, after a long trip from morning and enjoying themselves until around 1 PM, need to rest. The soundproofing was decent. Thank you!!!

I had a 3-day, 2-night stay in Malibu The overall quality is quite good for a 5* hotel You can experience a complete service from the staff, clean and tidy rooms, to the accompanying services of a 5* hotel The thing I like most is probably the service of taking you to the beach and picking you up, and the friendly security team Hopefully the service can be improved in the future, about being clearer and more accessible for customers, in addition, the cost of accompanying services is quite high and not easy to access

The room is spacious, but still has an old smell of dust, the wooden curtains have not been cleaned for a long time, creating a dusty smell. Even though I sprayed the room and changed the blankets and other things, it still cannot cover up this old dusty smell. The soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the noise from the hallway in the room. BF breakfast is delicious, full, service is ok.

Location is the best. I love the variety of the breakfast as well. On the other hand, bath towel is old and my window view is at the back side of the hotel to The Song apartment.

Good service, clean rooms, cheerful and enthusiastic staff, spacious parking lot. The minus point is the way the parking lot is managed. The stickers on the car body are difficult to remove. When removed, the glue still sticks.
