First: I booked the room with the highest price there via a paid app. Go into the room. 2 heaters right outside the room sounded like torture. I asked the front desk to change rooms. But the receptionist said that the room was sold out, so the room was cheaper. And definitely no refund. Reported that I changed it on my own. Monday: the staff knocked on my door to let the air conditioning staff check, called twice me and my sister who were sleeping, not yet able to answer. Before I could call the third sound, I automatically took the key to open the door, I didn't have time to get dressed so I had to run out awkwardly. I spent money and left immediately without needing to stay overnight. Do not stay at this hotel! Old room!

Khách sạn mình đặt là địa chỉ đường Phạm Ngũ Lão, đến nhận phòng thì kêu mình di chuyển qua địa chỉ khác bên đường Lê Thánh Tôn, khách sạn không có bảo vệ giữ xe, tối mình phải đi giữ xe ở 1 khách sạn khác. Tóm lại, đặt phòng 1 nơi, ở 1 nơi khác và giữ xe 1 nơi khác nữa, rất phiền.

I booked a room at Pham Ngu Lao branch, around 2pm, a staff member called back saying that Pham Ngu Lao branch was under repair, so I moved to the branch in Le Thanh Ton. At 6am when I arrived at the hotel to check in according to the instructions, on Sunday, Le Thanh Ton reported that there was no booking for me and I did not receive any notice from Pham Ngu Lao Sunday. The receptionist asked me to contact the hotline again, and I received the answer "you find another room to help me, if not, I will go over here and I will help you find another room" and hung up. Bad attitude!

Lokasi strategis di pusat kota, kemana-mana dekat, seberang ada taman; Fasilitas kamar sedikit banyak tidak sesuai, tidak ada teko listrik, jatah kopi teh gitu, gantungan baju dan lain-lain tapi sisanya oke-oke saja bisa dibicarakan dengan pihak hotel, mesin air panas tidak berfungsi dengan cepat, aliran air juga kecil. Untuk fasilitas umum lift sempat rusak setengah hari (mungkin kebetulan) tetapi recepsionis meminta maaf dengan rendah hati dan segera diperbaiki. Kebersihan dan pelayanan baik, overall worth it.

The room does not have a wardrobe. The bathroom has only 1 set of brushes and nothing else. The water heater is old, afraid that while taking a bath it will be short-circuited and die. There is no daily cleaning service. At the hotel's door, the desk is rented as a travel service, just like a massage, when it is very inconvenient to go in and out because of the crowd. Next to the garage is always crowded, the cars around them carry the goods from the car down and then from the house to the car just like the bus station.

Lokasi strategis di pusat kota, kemana-mana dekat, seberang ada taman; Fasilitas kamar sedikit banyak tidak sesuai, tidak ada teko listrik, jatah kopi teh gitu, gantungan baju dan lain-lain tapi sisanya oke-oke saja bisa dibicarakan dengan pihak hotel, mesin air panas tidak berfungsi dengan cepat, aliran air juga kecil. Untuk fasilitas umum lift sempat rusak setengah hari (mungkin kebetulan) tetapi recepsionis meminta maaf dengan rendah hati dan segera diperbaiki. Kebersihan dan pelayanan baik, overall worth it.

The room does not have a wardrobe. The bathroom has only 1 set of brushes and nothing else. The water heater is old, afraid that while taking a bath it will be short-circuited and die. There is no daily cleaning service. At the hotel's door, the desk is rented as a travel service, just like a massage, when it is very inconvenient to go in and out because of the crowd. Next to the garage is always crowded, the cars around them carry the goods from the car down and then from the house to the car just like the bus station.
