Convenient location, This chain of hotels I recommend them for any stay in Saigon, only issue there is no lift on ground floor and staff did not help me with suitcase.

it was very tight all hotel in Ho Chi Minh.
and i chose Executive double room 30 square Meter.
but room is so small and can not open suite case.
i was suppose to stay 3 nights. but i have checked out 2 nights

This was the hotel booked. Unfortunaely during check-in, the staff told us air-cond is not working.
Then sent us to A&EM Hai Ba Trung - 2 streets away in a cab (fare paid by hotel)
The 2 rooms booked was supposedly be NON-SMOKING but one of them is a smoking room.
In the lobby, we found that some KOREAN tourists were smoking inside and the staff did not stop them.
THIS IS VERY WRONG
Other than that, its a decent hotel to stay with food and close to CBD area

This place is located in one of the most popular places in Ho Chi Minh city.
Around the hotel, there are lots of nice Japanese Restaurants. 5Ku, near by the hotel is must visit site for late night beer.
I'll definitely stay here again due to reasonable price and hotel condition around the area.

There is a safe in the room. Overall is ok. Do not expect anything. not recommended for couples. Your GF may not like it at all. Its ok for guys for sure. It is right in Japan town. You will think you are in Japan.
