Before arriving, I couldn't call the hotel's phone number. When I got to the address, the street was pitch black and I couldn't see the hotel sign. It was late at night and the street was deserted. I was alone and couldn't contact the hotel or the staff. Terrible experience.

The room does not leave toilet paper in the toilet but in the nightstand. Extremely inconvenient. For the reason that customers are soaked in toilet paper, they should be left outside. So thousands of other hotels are they afraid of wet paper? It does not guide guests. Staff attitude is not happy, housekeeping staff when seeing guests enter the elevator without greeting, nor friendly but looking at the customer gaze. About not helping guests bring things to the room due to lack of staff, they can sympathize, but the above reasons are enough to not come back for a second. Too bad in general. The previous day at the hotel on District 1 they were only 2 stars but the staff was extremely friendly and friendly. Although the room is smaller but still comfortable. And in Thien Cung everything is bad. Should not be here

I booked and paid 1 night, the next morning I got a job and returned to the hotel at 12pm. Then the receptionist told me to clear the room to remove all my stuff from the room and at that time someone moved to my room. I was very surprised to be behave like that, so the hotel had to call me before they went into the room and packed my things, when I checked, I lost 1 bottle of skin serum, 1 bottle of face repair, 1 cream bottle background and a lipstick. The attitude of the New Year does not cooperate, I request to enter the room again, the hotel said it was not possible because there were guests. My stuff is lost. The hotel did not handle, until the afternoon my brother came to make noise, the hotel handled it and the two cleaners apologized and requested compensation for me. but did not accept the compensation because they only made the request of the receptionist. I'm really angry I'll never return to this hotel and won't recommend to anyone
