Boutique style accommodation with good sized room. One of the cleanest, nicest swimming pools I have been to on this trip. Very helpful service.

We’ve stayed here a few times before and will most likely stay here again, that pretty much says it all!! Nice place to stay, good staff, I would recommend you pay the little extra for the deluxe!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was an easy walk to the main areas, and very nice rooms.

Friendly staff, great location, really comfortable bed and room, brilliant shower. It’s close enough to the old town and night market to walk to in less than 10 mins but also far enough away that it’s quiet and peaceful on the river.

I loved this hotel. The location is good, it’s easy to find and they provide free bicycles to get around. The service was second to none. The staff was always friendly and full of advice and eager to help. Breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean and bed was comfortable! I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone!

Nice hotel in a really good location as it’s in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of the old town. The hotel is run by a lovely couple who are very helpful. A good breakfast for only 60k. The only bad point was that the room had damp and smelt of it too - just a bit of redecorating needed to make it perfect!

Lovely riverside hotel located in quiet area. Shopping, restaurants, sites are walking distance though free bikes are available. Service is simply amazing, friendly staff make you feel at home.

The hotel is located about a 15min walk from the Old Town. It is in a quiet part of Hoi An on the river. The hotel is brand new around 6months old with large rooms complete with air conditioning, satellite TV, Kettle, wardrobe, bed side tables with lamps, a large bathroom with rain-shower and good water pressure. However, the hot water was a hit and miss. What was lacking was a safe deposit box. Breakfast was not much to talk about and no proper fruit juice or fruits. Complimentary bikes are available and the swimming pool is refreshing after a hot and humid day. The owner helped in booking train tickets. With regards the two staff, they were friendly but deft need more training in customer service. Based on house keeping staff comments they accused us of having soiled(black stains) on one towel and forced to pay for it. Both were very nasty and refused to accept otherwise, so just paid for it as I did not want to argue with them.

Staff was friendly and allowed us to store our luggage there before check in and after check out.
