Before coming here read the review but do not think it will be so bad, I made a reservation before 1 ½ months and when to check in, the reception room card, I check in, the room still luminescence First of all, the first impression was not good, I went down to the second room at first look okie, but the equipment is really bad, air conditioning is not cold, the water heater is almost Hot or very weak, feeling uncomfortable, light in the dark room, no light, clean room is not clean. With the appearance of the hotel is very majestic, but in the room did not think so bad, so I checked out and to another hotel room rental. Unable to accept the cost of a room 500,000 which is so bad, will never stop for a second time

Service and location were great. The people there were very nice and helpful. However, the room was not clean at all, especially the the bed. The air-con was so weak that it was for hard me to breathe and I had to open all the windows to get some air. I asked the hotel to get it fixed, but a guy came into my room and acted like I didn't know how to use the remote control. He kept pressing buttons and then told me problem solved. Well, it wasn't!!!! The air-con was as weak as it was before; but I didn't bother asking them again since I knew there was no use. I had to bear with that and open my windows for the rest of my stay.
