Town House 23 Saigon Hotel - Hostel

Weird accommodation, we couldn't go out for a walk at night because the hotel was closed. And we cannot go in and out as we wish, and before 12 noon the room is visited by the clerk making sure we check-out, the price is too expensive for accommodations like that.

1. Booked a double room with extra bed. Hotel missed to provide blanket for extra bed. 2. The kitchen staff was a little disrespectful. She took our empty plates during breakfast without asking permission first. It was 9:43 am and breakfast is until 10:00 am. Felt like she was rushing things. She was also tidying the kitchen and breakfast area with no grace. We can hear all the noise every time she picks up the plates, utensils etc. Not a good vibe to start the day! She could have also asked how we like our eggs cooked. Eggs provided were raw. 3. A/C in room 301 isn’t too powerful. It takes time before room gets cold. A/C looks old and dusty.

Me and my mom had a great stay here. Location is accessible to some tourist spots, market and restaurants. The owner and staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Kudos to Town House 23! We love it so much!

Convenient transportation, very easy to find, recommended at all. Lovely staff, good service, good accommodation, good sleep.

The dorm room on the 6th floor, the elevator only reaches the 5th floor, so I have to walk up to 1 floor. In return, the viewing angle is very beautiful. Nice location. The only problem is when I live, there is no hot water. Delicious breakfast.

Clean, not noisy, lots of food and very close to tourist attractions.

Room is ok. But location not too near to the tourist attraction like Saigon Post Office. Around 10 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market. Not much choice for breakfast, but overall acceptable.

This is a very great place to stay! The room was very nice and modern. The staffs were very accommodating, especially Johnny, one of the receptionists. He made us feel home.

The hotel has nice design, clean, small rooms so slightly squash. But the staff is bad. I have a staff to call the motor to rent the staff to check the phone number, then write a piece of paper and pushed for me, also did not say anything. Call the number, the lessor brought the car to, but asked to deposit 3 million. I asked the car rental, they have said normal hotel guarantee for guests, no deposit or anything. I asked the staff why the hotel does not guarantee the guests, the staff just say no, do not explain the reason. I asked the car renter said that the other guests rent the hotel is still guarantee, but now do not guarantee it, the staff can not explain. I asked to meet management, the staff took the card to call and talk a phone, then told me that she should not know, and the hotel will bail for her. The way to work like that is very unprofessional. If I return to Saigon I will not go to this hotel anymore.

Great and friendly staff my brother asked me why is the receptionist there, apparently she stayed there because we saw her sleeping at the soft the next morning. She literally slept in her workplace her English is very fluent, much more fluent than most people that we encounter during our stay the place is clean and big but unfortunately am not able to taste their breakfast because our tour starts very early in the morning the breakfast is from 7AM till 10AM overall a very recommended accommodation.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Explain very clearly no matter what question I asked. The room was clean and comfort, however the air-corn was not function well during the late midnight and caused us hot and sweat.
