The resort is spacious and beautiful. The booking information should clearly state that the hotel is located on the mountain side so guests can easily visualize it. The room was just right, spacious, and clean, as shown in the pictures. The reception staff were friendly. The area was lush and green. Every time we went for breakfast, an electric buggy transported us to the beach. The Cherry Blossom restaurant offered a wide selection of breakfast options. The food was delicious. The pool next to the resort looked beautiful, but the water had a strong chlorine smell. Even after swimming, the chlorine smell lingered on my skin. The beach area was still littered with trash and smelled bad. When my tire was punctured by a nail, I asked the receptionist and a nearby mechanic for a number, but they didn't answer. I asked the security guard for another number, but it was unavailable. I asked the electric buggy driver, and they told me to take it to the garage. When I asked if the garage was nearby, they said it was far. No one asked if we needed any further assistance, even though we were just a mother and daughter. The resort should pay more attention to providing other services to guests, as this area is far from the city center. It's very difficult for guests when the resort acts like this, neglecting them completely.

Room price compared to experience is not worth it The location of An Hoa villa is far from the entrance, waiting for the tram is long. The beach is noisy because there are guests coming to play during the day singing karaoke The food at Hoa Anh Dao restaurant is okay, delicious and suitable for the taste. However, the restaurant should set up some locations for guests to swim in the sea and still be able to use

Staff are not friendly, swimming pool is not clean, breakfast has few dishes. The receptionist does not support issuing invoices even though the booking is via apps but payment is made at the hotel and the booking has a note "There is a Value Added invoice for the Pay At Hotel booking", the staff requests to ask about the apps. apps ask for questions?

I stayed at Villa An Hoa, room 18m enough for 2 VC and 1 small child. Clean room, good service. As soon as you step out of the room, there will be a tram to take you to your place. The beach is clean and has good security. My director will come back here next time.

Advantages: early check-in support, clean room, comfortable and cool outside space. Disadvantages: The resort allows outside guests to come in, so guests are often checked and asked again and again when using the swimming pool/facilities in the area. This makes customers feel uncomfortable. Families who like privacy should take note.

Mình đặt phòng villa An Hoà. Khu resort tự đổi qua phòng khách sạn superior mà không báo trước. Nhận phòng xong chờ một hồi lâu mới có người hướng dẫn tới bãi đỗ xe. Trải nghiệm rất tệ.

The biggest minus point is going to the beach, you have to cross the road of very high speed & dangerous vehicles. Room 2 million, but not a resort but a hotel room, also no view. My wife said that parking the car has to cross the street and go back to the room very scary

I live at Villa Vi Da, the cleaning room is very dirty, the balcony is extremely dirty, the chairs are not cleaned for guests to sit. Around the villa was dark, looking down could not see the beach, there was a light on the balcony that could not be opened. The receptionist was too bad, when I said booking at the app and wanted to check in with 2 beds (because the room's note says 1 double bed or 2 single beds). The staff said that if I book through the app, they want to give it a room but not be asked. The breakfast buffet was poor, the seasoning was also bad. Too bad experience there, I will never go back there again.
