This honestly was 5* for service ! long and his family were so welcoming and made our stay in hoi an! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, basic amenities which reflects price but clean and free bikes to old town! Nothing is to much bother for the owners !

We have been travelling through Cambodia and Vietnam for the past 5 weeks and this has been the best hotel/homestay for their service, room and general kindness.
The family are beautiful, nothing is ever too much trouble.
We used the bicycles free of charge everyday to go to An Bang beach and the old town. If you want to walk to the old town is only 25 mins away.
The homestay views look out onto beautiful rice paddies which you can cycle through to get to the beach.
The stay has been a dream!

The room was clean, the hosts were the absolute best and accommodative! There 's complimentary bike rental (Free) as well as affordable laundry in-house. The location is not too close from the old town, but it is reachable, most importantly it is quite and safe. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Hoi An!
