Ksan is very clean, the staff is lovely and enthusiastic, the swimming pool is clean, the water does not smell of chlorine, there are very new bicycles for free rental, just notify the front desk!

Service is excellent. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The guy who show me room and bring my bag is very kind and excellent. I forgot ask his name but he is very great staff. The food is okie and FB staff is so friendly. I love this place

The staff was not friendly, not enthusiastic, five times seven times the bicycle was told all the time while opening the store door to dozens of cars, my family was very unhappy and would not return.

Just because I saw a high rating, I was curious to try it out, and was disappointed ✅ My house rented 2 rooms, stayed for 2 nights, the first night when the whole family went to the front desk to borrow a bike, they were told “Sold out”, although At that time, the hotel was not crowded and during the week (Thursday), the whole family was walking, although it was a bit uncomfortable because I had never met a hotel that had run out of bicycles. The next morning I needed to borrow a bicycle to go. repeated answer "out of cars", this time really uncomfortable, plus when opening the door downstairs, inside saw a lot of bicycles, questions to the staff were answered "all of them." broken. ”thuê My room was rented for 2 nights, the next morning there was a sign to clean the room, the staff moved in but did not add the shampoo and shower gel was gone, the 2 boxes were small, empty because they were damaged. g everything from yesterday But the snack in my child's room is added a new box always. Is the hotel indifferent to the services that come with the room because they collect all that money anyway, and the services that incur the fee do it very quickly. Every year, my family goes to Hoi An at least 3 times, each time is not less than 3 days, has been in many hotels and homestays and has never complained about the service. Very good value for money. // Comfortable bed, good bed, very good furniture, great attention to customers, big bathroom, nice and clean decoration Breakfast is a buffet, a lot of tasty and very good. Really unlimited bacon. Fill up the stuff. There are staff to keep the dish all the time. The restaurant atmosphere is also very good. Anyone looking for a room to recommend this hotel? I have a good rest here. Big clean bright room with swimming pool view. Quite closed to the old quarter, you can borrow bikes from the hotel for free. Good staff too!

The room is big, clean and cool all day long. So comfortable with the view straight to the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Laundry service was quite cheap on kilogram price. Free bikes were provided every time you need to go to the ancient town without waiting. The minus point is breakfast buffet was not hot for some dishes, there was no much dishes and their taste was not delicious so far! I would take my family back soon!

The hotel is clean, breakfast is also relatively food, not many options but with the room price then ok. What I don't like the most is that sometimes there is noise from another room, especially at night so I sometimes wake up. Price compared to quality is reasonable.
