The property is very good condition, however the furniture quality is not so great, some cabinets need to be fixed. The lady at reception desk is nice and helpful. All other things are good. If you expected a big meal for breakfast with multiple choices, you would have to go outside by yourself. However, the breakfast will fit nutrition requirements with all noodles, breads, eggs and fresh orange juice and you can have a good start for a day.

Had a 2-night experience here on May 14-16, the staff was very enthusiastic and friendly, supporting guests to check in 3-4 hours earlier if there was a vacant room. The hotel location is very convenient, close to everywhere, the Villa area is very secure and quiet. My family really liked staying here, if we have the opportunity to go to DL, we will come back ☺️

Friendly and attentive staff, great location just 2 minutes drive from Xuan Huong Lake. The room was ok, just a bit old furniture but in return there was a balcony overlooking the pine hills which was impressive. I had 3 quiet days with my loved one here.

The hotel is located quite conveniently, but my experience was really bad. The room smelled of mold and there were animals, specifically a centipede crawling around in the room. At night, when I slept, I felt itchy all over. Although I had previously felt itchy and had requested to change the sheets, the situation still did not go away. It could be bed bugs. When I went to give my opinion to the female receptionist, she pretended not to care about the customer's experience and showed an annoyed attitude. The sewer smelled and the floor was slimy. I just wanted the morning to come quickly and go somewhere else, but I really couldn't stay there. The room was dark and gloomy.

The location is near the square, with a beautiful view of the pine forest.

The hotel is located right in the center, very close to Xuan Huong Lake but still ensures quietness, the villa-like campus has nothing to complain about. The staff is super enthusiastic, gentle, and has everything you need. The rooms are super spacious, comfortable, chill, and fully equipped. Will definitely book again if I have the opportunity to go to Da Lat again.

The villa is cheap but the rooms are very spacious. I have never traveled and the room was so spacious. Even though it was a short stay, the experience was very enjoyable. The room was spacious and airy and on the hill so it was very chill.

Super bad soundproofing, booked a high priced room but couldn't sleep for 2 nights in a row. Luckily only booked 2 nights. Went out to relax during Tet but the mood really dropped. Guests walking in the hallway or talking in the next room could hear very clearly, the door was slammed shut like torture. The next room was singing until 3-4am at night. Truly a horrible experience. The hotel's location and reception were ok, the rest was extremely bad. Families with small children should consider this.

Very convenient location. Comfortable atmosphere. Although the facilities are not the newest, they are very well maintained. Especially always satisfied with the enthusiastic young staff who support customers very well. Every time I go to Da Lat, my family stays here :)
