The room is clean. But very noisy. Booked the room on the app at the wrong price but no one contacted to change the room. When we arrived, they said we had to pay an additional 150k for 1 night and 300k for 2 nights. Felt very bad.

The receptionist kept asking to keep my ID card, while I had provided information on VNeID (level 2). According to the regulations in Article 44 of Decree 96/2016/ND-CP on the responsibility of the hotel, is the hotel doing that right? After a while of arguing, the receptionist had to return my ID card to me. I took the elevator behind the receptionist to the 9th floor to check in to room 908. There was a low step in front of the room door because the light there was weak, and it was unexpected. I almost tripped and fell in front of my room 908, resulting in my right leg turning over because it was too painful and uncomfortable (my leg was still swollen). I entered the room for about 30 minutes, decided to carry my luggage, return the key, and leave without saying anything more, wasting time. I have booked many places, but this is the first time I feel so disappointed.

The hotel allows early check-in, the air-conditioned room is cool, there is no filtered water for guests, the room is not soundproof and very noisy. I left my food in the lobby and when I came back from the temple, it was all gone 🙂

Nhân viên tự ý vào phòng( đang ngủ nhân viên mở cửa phòng dù không yêu cầu dọn dẹp), lễ tân có 1 bà chị miệng rộng + dày nói chuyện kiểu trịnh thượng thái độ rất khó chịu khi khách cần giúp đỡ. Phòng máy lạnh nhưng không hề lạnh( như kiểu lễ tân cố tình xếp mình vào phòng cũ vậy). Phòng không giống hình mình đã đặt, mọi người có đặt thì lưu ý

Everything is very good, near show, walking 100 I was out to sea, and the terrain was around near the entertainment spots, 3 * hotel with free breakfast, the food here was delicious, I stayed There has not been anything to complain about today, anyone who intends to just sleep after a tiring day, then come here, I rent a small room for 2 people but it is very cheap, fully equipped However, if anyone wants to be beautiful, of course, they have to spend more money, hang out their wallet as much as possible, and at the hotel and their wives feel very comfortable, the staff is very enthusiastic even though I come early but check in Before time, here is a parking garage, whoever goes out or who wants to save should stay here!

The hotel is too bad. Check in staff delivery key. Go to the room to open the door, then hit the living room, salt face. After checking in another room, we have to wait for more than 1 hour, all rooms must be in a room other than the reservation. Breakfast was nothing, just chicken noodle soup, just look at the bowl of pho just want to stand up now
