I didn't take any pictures of the room, but the room I chose was ok, the glass was wide so it was airy, the staff was enthusiastic.

Bad service attitude, even though I've seen a lot of comments, I sincerely advise everyone not to stay here.

Room was very cold, old, dirty. Amenities in the room were minimal.

Probably one of my worst stay ever. The organization and the service is bad, hotel is quite ran down.

At first, I was skeptical when I read the reviews, but who would have thought it would happen to my team. I booked 2 rooms, 1 room was ok but the other room's air conditioner was broken or something, it took a long time to turn it on and it wasn't cool, the fan was broken. My team reported to the receptionist and got a room change, but the changed room was exactly the same :) the air conditioner was still not cool at all. We couldn't sleep so we had to go to the other room to sleep. Luckily we only booked 1 night, probably won't happen again. I hope the hotel will take note of comments like that to improve the service!

The worst hotel in the world! The view is beautiful but the staff attitude and service are unacceptable. The hair dryer doesn't work, the sink is clogged. The door is broken. Everything is bad except the night security guard. I advise everyone not to rent this place if you don't want to get upset 👍🏻

The room's air conditioner was broken. I went out on a day when Ninh Binh had 39.1 degrees and the air conditioner broke in the middle of the night. I called both phone numbers on the card but they didn't work. I went down to find the receptionist but there was no one there. If you go during the hot season, you really need to check the air conditioner carefully.

At first I booked a very cheap price but I didn't think the room quality would be so good, there is also a restaurant for eating and drinking which is very convenient and the price is reasonable. There is also a breakfast buffet. The accommodation is also very close to Hoa Lu ancient town, next time I will still choose a room here.

My room for 5 people was comfortable, clean, close to tourist attractions

Everything is fine for the price, but the toilet is clogged but still allows guests to use that room. Well, find an electrical outlet in the whole room 🤧

Oh, the price is cheap but the amenities are unbearably luxurious. If I come back to NB, I will definitely stay here. Motorbike rental prices are also cheap compared to the general level. 10 points no buts.

Phòng ở ổn so với giá. Khách sạn đang sửa chữa nên có thể sử dụng từ tầng 1 đến tầng 5. Tháng máy tại tầng 5 bị hư (lờn) nút bấm xống nên khó di chuyển, KH đi bộ xuống hoặc chờ bấm nút lên và chờ thang máy. WiFi không sử dụng được mặc dù phòng ở ngay bên cục WiFi, báo lễ tân thì bảo chờ chủ ngủ dậy để sửa (mặc dù đã 3h chiều) nhưng vẫn không được. Điểm cộng là có chú trực ban đêm nhiệt tình và thân thiện.

I have stayed in many places but have never seen service as bad as this hotel. The hotel is under construction, full of dust, very noisy, and has no parking space. I booked a 20m2 apartment but the 16m2 apartment was given to me at a cheaper price and insisted that it was the room I had chosen, even though I could see with my own eyes that it was not. Sometimes the receptionist doesn't want to ask anything or doesn't know who to call. The room is full of mosquitoes. The two days I stayed here, the room wasn't even cleaned. Bed quality is really bad. Worst hotel ever. Rcm everyone should choose another hotel!! Even though I booked for 2 days, because the service was so poor, I went to another hotel after only staying for more than a day. However, when checking out, the receptionist didn't even know that I had booked for 2 days and even asked for an overtime fee of 1 day, really. unprofessional! In general, just thinking about this hotel makes me angry!

It's also clean ok, the room smells a bit strange but has enough amenities, the doormat is a bit old, after cleaning it leaves shreds of fabric... I went off-season so the service is probably not ready yet

Mình ở phòng 4 giường 8 người ở phòng trên cao và cảm thấy rất bí bách nóng nực. Máy lạnh công suất nhỏ mở 2 tiếng mới mát lên 1 tí. Phòng ở không cho nước uống.

Khách sạn cháy (cháy đường điện) nhưng từ lúc bắt đầu cháy đến khi PCCC làm việc xong không hề có nhân viên nào của khách sạn đến để đưa ra phương án khắc phục hậu quả cho khách hàng. Rất nhiều khách phải về hoặc đi chỗ khác ngay trong đêm nhưng không được 1 lời xin lỗi từ khách sạn. Cũng không được hoàn tiền phòng (mặc dù mới nhận phòng buổi chiều chưa ở được tí nào).

Phòng nhỏ phù hợp với giá tiền. Mọi thứ sạch sẽ, tạm ổn, lễ tân thân thiên, chỗ để xe máy bừa bộn và WiFi quá yếu không thể sử dụng được là 2 điểm trừ.
