Pros: Polite staff, clean rooms, beautiful scenery Cons: The interior is quite old because the hotel has been in operation for 10 years. I booked a large bed room but the hotel did not have a large mattress, so I put 2 small mattresses together so it was sunken in the middle.

Máy lạnh bị hư nhưng không thể đổi phòng nên phải dùng quạt máy, resort cũng không có phương thức bồi hoàn nào khác. Ăn sáng dở hơn lần trước mình đi rất nhiều, ví dụ không có đá, bánh bò cứng và rất khô. Nói chung rất không hài lòng!

Khách sạn hơi xa trung tâm tuy nhiên không khi rất yên bình, view đồng ruộng đồi núi cực kỳ đẹp. Nhân viên tận tình, dễ thương, phòng sạch sẽ và thơm như ở spa. Tuy nhiên 1 điểm trừ là chỉ có 1 đèn nên hơi tối. Buffet sáng ok, rất thích món bánh tằm bì đặc sản của Châu Đốc

Bell man thì có người thái độ tốt. Còn dịch vụ thì bình thường. Phòng thì tối tăm, Hồ bơi nước rất dơ, khu vực xung quanh cũng không sạch sẽ, ăn sáng không ngon.
