The hotel reception was so bad. We arrived here on the 2nd day, the hotel had no guests except our family who rented 2 rooms. The staff refused to help us check in earlier than 3pm. We had to sit in the hotel lobby to wait for our room. While sitting there, we had some candies with us and left the wrappers on the table. At noon the next day when we checked out, the candy wrappers were still there. It seems like this hotel doesn't need to do business. The hotel location and the rooms are spacious, but the service is so bad. What a pity!

The staff was not enthusiastic, when asked they answered superficially, the room I booked was wrong and could not be changed, there were no more rooms to book, even though there were no other guests around, but they still told me there were no more rooms.

The room is spacious and airy. The location is also quite convenient, there are many places to eat and drink nearby, including Vincom. The only problem is that there are too few power outlets. If you want to charge your phone, you have to unplug the night light to have a place to plug it in.

4- Services: BAD Services, they no care Guest; Security is very RUDE, no respect Guest, no support Guest once parking car or handling any thing. They look like Guard of Officer I will never come again and recommend all need to consider once come to stay here!!! 1- Position: it is ok, good position and in center of City 2- Cleaning: It is so so, Lobby quiet mesh, a small Elevator, room is so so. Room environment is so so 3- Room facility: not really good and specially Tivi program

Central location in Tay Ninh city, convenient for traveling, sightseeing and exploring. Probably because it was a holiday, so the staff was only the receptionist and security guard. Anyway, they were still enthusiastic and friendly, so everything was fine.
