Khách sạn sạch sẹ, nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình nhưng ăn sáng ít món

mình đặt phòng 2 đêm ở khách sạn Việt Úc qua traveloka, nhưng đó công việc lúc 18giờ mình mới nhận phòng nên mình đã hỏi nhân viên rep và cũng muốn nghỉ lại 1 đêm thôi mà sau khi 20p thì được nhân viên rep alo báo lại do chị báo trả phòng quá trễ nên phải chịu 50% phí (tiền đã đặt 1 ngày khi hoàn trả phòng) còn thêm 25% phí hoàn trả qua traveloka nữa..vậy thì khi mình nhận được tiền hoàn lại khoảng được 25% còn lại mà thôi... vậy không biết là quản lý khách sạn làm khó cho khách hàng hay không muốn trả lại tiền 1ngay cho mình... chất lượng phòng ở khi đặt qua traveloka thì khác hoàn toàn với thực tế , chất lượng nhà tắm kém. phòng ốc đồ đạt được chất lượng 3 sao đc...cám ơn vì đã đọc phản hồi từ mình.. thanks

Phòng 302 chưa dọn dẹp sạch sẽ lại giao cho khách, xong mình khiếu nại chuyển qua phòng 304. Phòng 304 vòi sen bị hỏng. Nhân viên không nắm được tình trạng đặt phòng và thanh toán nên khó khăn trong việc phải giải thích. Đồ ăn sáng tương đối. Mình sẽ

Phòng xuống cấp. Vệ sinh phòng dơ , khi vừa nhận phòng , vòi rửa ngay bồn cầu còn dính phân, tôi đã gọi xuống tiếp tân phản ánh, khách sạn cho người lên chùi. Rất kinh khủng. tôi không bao giờ dám đặt phòng tại khách Việt Úc này nữa.

The room booked on the app is cheaper than the offline price, so the staff is not friendly. I booked a room on the app 850k. But when I arrived, the reception did not allow me to check in. You said at first that room 850k could not be booked because the price was increased to 1450k during Tet. But when I showed the booking on the app for the price of 850k I booked, the receptionist said: "Haven't received the booking, even though I have received the app's email, a long time ago and have a decent booking number.". Next, the reception made me wait 30 minutes to wait for the hotel's procedures. I'm tired from going away. Had to wait more than half an hour, and there was no drinking water while waiting. After that, the receptionist did not come to my place to ask to talk, but stood at the counter and called me back to the counter and said: room 850k is sold out. Ok. So I request to cancel and refund! You twist again and answer: the hotel side is flexible to handle it for you by: changing rooms for 1 guest staying in a better room. And let that living room stay for me. At that time, I had an urgent job, was tired, and waited for a long time, so I had to check in. Because even though I have canceled: the hotel did not cancel for me. The next day, I ordered food and waited for more than 30 minutes, the staff member came out and asked me what I had to eat, and apologized for forgetting to order breakfast for me. Totally disappointed again. This is a low cost experience with the price of 850k and the location of the hotel in wharf. Rooms and facilities, I am satisfied. I used to know that in the past, Vietnam Australia was the best at Ben Tre. But now the staff is too unprofessional.
