The staff offered us an upgraded room instead they give us a room with two beds (we are a couple) and the walls were ripped, very scary place. Don't sleep there.

Wifi cực kỳ kém hầu như không vào được mình ở 3 hôm phải dùng 4g , cửa nhà vệ sinh không đóng được , có nhiều vết bẩn , máy sấy tóc không có , mình phải hỏi mượn mới có . Ổ cắm điện không có gần khu vực ngủ phải dậy để cắm chỗ khác rất bất tiện . Không chủ động thay khăn và dọn phòng khi kết thúc 1 ngày , nước và khăn tắm mình phải hỏi mới thay cho mình . Mình không có chụp lại hình , cũng không có phốt trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội , nếu mà bên khách sạn đọc được hãy chú ý các điều mình nói . Mình cảm ơn

Room is small, poor sound insulation. Bed sheet was dirty, need to request to change. Floor also dirty, need to request to clean again. When issue happend they only came and fix their mistake, dont even say sorry or offer any gesture.

Phòng ốc quá cũ kĩ tồi tàn. Ẩm thẤp, hôi Đề nghị traveloka cần có chính sách nghiêm ngạt khi hơp tác với các đơn vị. Để hạn chế những tình trạng này :(

The receptionist is quite unpleasant, the room is old, dark and has a musty smell, seriously degraded, there is no car parking space (when asked, the answer is superficial) as if they want to chase away guests (because I paid in advance so There was also no call to confirm the reservation, while I didn't check in until after 5pm). Very bad experience and will return to this place. I've just seen a lot of reviews from tourists, all of which are not good about the hotel. I think the hotel should be removed from the app if it doesn't improve service quality, to avoid many other tourists from having the same situation as me. !

When we book, we request for 2 single bed but upon arrival they give double bed and comments on it ' s just a request and not reserved for you, then why you allowed customers to request something, better than you remove the column, at last the room towel is so dirty and in dark colour, lucky I bring my own.

The room is degraded, the service attitude of the staff is not good, the air conditioner has to wait about 30 minutes to feel cool, the TV has a picture but no sound, the wifi is terrible. Definitely will never come back here again!

Việc để giá phòng dễ gây nhầm lẫn cho khách. Sử dụng theo giờ nhưng khi đặt 2 đêm vẫn thể hiện giờ nhận 14h hôm trước cho đến 12h hôm sau. Vì vậy khi checkin phải thanh toán tiền phụ phí. Của tôi là 300000vnd. Tiền phụ phí thu thêm vẫn chưa biết giá bao nhiêu trên ứng dụng nếu thu cao thì vẫn phải trả vì đã thanh toán không hoàn lại trên app. Phòng không trang bị nước uống cả tính phí và không tính phí.
