I booked 2 double beds for 4 people but when I checked in I was told to book a room for 2 people only. The hotel receptionist asked me how much I transferred to the website, I said 570k, the receptionist said that it is impossible to have a 2-bed reservation with that amount, I gave a booking receipt but still refused Please call the website to check. After calling the operator and my family to wait for about 20-30 minutes, the website with the hotel will work together and we will be settled for check-in. The attitude of the receptionist was not very friendly, talking with guests was like slapping water in the face. This is not the first time I've encountered this situation around the end of June, my family met a similar problem at the Guest but the receptionist at that time was very polite and friendly with the family, after reviewing the booking receipt He changed rooms for his family, not like the receptionist now.

The air-conditioner of the room has trouble turning on all night, it is not necessary to use additional fans, the pillows are quite hard and high so the neck is tired, the bathroom door is broken, when the shower does not have hot water, the shower is quite cold. I was on the 5th floor and the elevator only went up to 4 and 6 so I had to carry luggage up the stairs quite heavy.
