The location is easy to find, right on the beach. The rooms are also clean, the only thing is that the air conditioner in my room was set to a timer, because my family rented a villa so I slept there at night so it didn't affect anything. Welcome drinks have delicious lemon flavor... the staff are very ok. Very friendly. Importantly, this resort allows you to bring your pet. But you have to notify the resort in advance and bring your pet's vaccination book. The beach is very clean and the scenery is very peaceful. A great place for families to relax. Suitable for families and for those who need a quiet place to relax on the weekend.

I booked a beach front bangalow, and it was really clean and nice. Comfy bed, clean room. There were some mozzies but mozzies are everywhere. Their breakfast was standard but fresh. Staff were really friendly. Beach was quiet and clean, I assume the hotel cleanes everyday. Its a bit of distance from the main tourist area so if you dont rent a bike, cost for taxi might be a bit at the end. It was around 10mins by car. Plan to come back next year.

Arrived after travelling 2 months by motor bike in SE Asia. Just wanted a couple of beach days. great looking menu. but lunch was only ham and cheese toasted sandwich on offer. Could not find staff at pool bar restaurant to get a beer. Dinner told by 2 staff in restaurant there was no dinner on offer at all. It is a long way to anywhere else to eat. Why not have one staff member and chef to at least offer something to guests or advise early the restaurant will not be open.

While the view was beautiful from our room, I was not impressed with the resort. We booked for three people, but were informed of hidden expenses upon arrival. We didn't receive an overview of the amenities of the resort, nor were given a map or any information about the surrounding area. To top it off, the wifi in our room did not work and there was bird droppings on one of the bed sheets. While it was replaced when asked the dirty sheets were just left on the floor and there was no cleaning service in the morning. Overall, I was disappointed with White Sands Resort.

It would have been nice if they would have mentioned that is was the slow season and that they had nothing open at the hotel. No food or drinks available on property what so ever. We had to take a taxi into town if we wanted to eat anything. The pool was not clean. The pool table had a big rip in the felt, rendering the only activity to do on property useless. This place has potential but was very disappointed for what I got for what I paid.

My Family of 6 stayed there 3 nights and love the fact that it was at the end of the beach so it was very peaceful and quiet. The staff were very accommodating and help us prepare our fresh seafood that we bought from a nearby market. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Mui Ne Vietnam.

You never know until you find out! White Sands will give you a taste of isolation..if that's what you're looking for! The nearest restaurant is a mile or two walk down the beach if you're up for it. It does have one of the best beaches on the strip though; clean and well kept. We had a beautiful sea view. Pool was dirty. Room in very shabby condition. Overpriced in that sense. But the breakfast was decent.

Great little resort. If you want to get away from it all this is a great place to do that. It's in a quiet area with a lovely desserted beach. Fantastic views of the sea, so relaxing. Only a 5-10 min/50-60 dong taxi ride to centre so fine. Staff really helpful, they booked a trai ticket for us and even went to the station to collect it without extra charge. Amazing service. All other staff were friendly too. Best to travel there by train.

The room and view were amazing. The hotel is at the end of the beach, and being off the strip was very relaxing. The staff were very accommodating, and were able to help us prepare our fresh seafood that we bought nearby. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Vietnam.

We are a family of 5 and spent 4 days in mui ne. The hotel is a good walk along the beach from the main town but we liked the peace. There are loads of taxis going up and down. We visited the sleeping Buddha and the sand dunes where my boys went on a quad bike and rode on an ostrich! The fairy springs are lovely too. The beach is clean with big waves for surfing. Watch out for sand flies though. Had a great time.

Pay a few more dollars and you could get to enjoy the view of sea. very quiet and peaceful place with its own private beach, about +/- 10usd to get to the nearest town(phan thiet/mui ne). I book through here and requested for a romantic set up, and was not dissapointed. Pool was clean, restraunt food was too notch with european/vietnamese crusine. Met a manager who he said he was from england, with easy communication i requested for a dining at the beach side and he agreed without hesitant and with extra charges. had a great night, i propose to my girlfriend at that time, after dinner we went back to our room and see that our room was arraged again with the romantic way with my request. Thanks to him for making it happen. you dont have to worry too much about paying for this and that facilities as steam room, jaccuzi, suana room, pool table are all free accept for massage services. Things that are not so good is wifi our room is out of reach of wifi signals, too weak to do anything so i had to sit around at the lobby just to get access to the internet. Next, i see cockroacges in our room it did not hinder me much but im not sure for other hotel guests. This resort deserve more stars for the service they provide.

My Wife and I had a weeks break at White Sands resort in January 2014. The resort is at the end of Nui Me Beach, and has one of the best bits of the beach, nice for swimming. The resort is small enough to feel intimate, but has all the facility's including a lovely pool, prices at the restarant and bars were very reasonable. Nui Me is about 20 minutes walk along the beach or a 50- 60,000 dong taxi fare, we loved our stay at White Sands, down sides, the cleaning was not the best, and the Breakfast was lacking in choice, but over all a nice place and if we went back to Nui Me we would stay there again

If all you want is to chill out and relax by the beach, this place is for you. Not much going on around, so you'd have to take a taxi into Mui Ne to go "party" but otherwise a great little spot for grabbing a beach lounger, ordering drinks via the intercom (so you don't move, they bring them to you) and soaking up some sun. Really great food in the restaurant and happy friendly staff throughout. The two English guys in charge look like their going to make this a great getaway spot for those who want to avoid the crowds and just chill. Get one of the beach bungalows, the view is fantastic. I would go back for sure.

We stayed in a bungalow on the beautiful private secluded beach. Staff picked us up late at night from our bus stop and allowed us to have a late check out at no extra cost. There are both English and Vietnamese staff and they are very hospitable and friendly. We loved having cocktails and food at the beach bar. Swimming pool was very pretty and inviting. Only shortcomings were to do with our room - leaking shower head (which to be fair they tried to fix repeatedly but to no avail) and dirty shower curtain. Would definitely recommend to couples who want a romantic getaway in the nature away from the main strip in Mui Ne.

It would have been nice if they would have mentioned that is was the slow season and that they had nothing open at the hotel. No food or drinks available on property what so ever. We had to take a taxi into town if we wanted to eat anything. The pool was not clean. The pool table had a big rip in the felt, rendering the only activity to do on property useless. This place has potential but was very disappointed for what I got for what I paid.

Hotel need a lot of renovation as it's an old resort at good location but not maintained well. However I believe staff's approach, attitude & behaviour is keeping the ray hope for this resort.

My Family of 6 stayed there 3 nights and love the fact that it was at the end of the beach so it was very peaceful and quiet. The staff were very accommodating and help us prepare our fresh seafood that we bought from a nearby market. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Mui Ne Vietnam.

You never know until you find out! White Sands will give you a taste of isolation..if that's what you're looking for! The nearest restaurant is a mile or two walk down the beach if you're up for it. It does have one of the best beaches on the strip though; clean and well kept. We had a beautiful sea view. Pool was dirty. Room in very shabby condition. Overpriced in that sense. But the breakfast was decent.

Great little resort. If you want to get away from it all this is a great place to do that. It's in a quiet area with a lovely desserted beach. Fantastic views of the sea, so relaxing. Only a 5-10 min/50-60 dong taxi ride to centre so fine. Staff really helpful, they booked a trai ticket for us and even went to the station to collect it without extra charge. Amazing service. All other staff were friendly too. Best to travel there by train.

The room and view were amazing. The hotel is at the end of the beach, and being off the strip was very relaxing. The staff were very accommodating, and were able to help us prepare our fresh seafood that we bought nearby. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Vietnam.

We are a family of 5 and spent 4 days in mui ne. The hotel is a good walk along the beach from the main town but we liked the peace. There are loads of taxis going up and down. We visited the sleeping Buddha and the sand dunes where my boys went on a quad bike and rode on an ostrich! The fairy springs are lovely too. The beach is clean with big waves for surfing. Watch out for sand flies though. Had a great time.

It was a great 2 night stay. Pay a few more dollars and you could get to enjoy the view of sea. very quiet and peaceful place with its own private beach, about +/- 10usd to get to the nearest town(phan thiet/mui ne). I book through here and requested for a romantic set up, and was not dissapointed. Pool was clean, restraunt food was too notch with european/vietnamese crusine. Met a manager who he said he was from england, with easy communication i requested for a dining at the beach side and he agreed without hesitant and with extra charges. had a great night, i propose to my girlfriend at that time, after dinner we went back to our room and see that our room was arraged again with the romantic way with my request. Thanks to him for making it happen. you dont have to worry too much about paying for this and that facilities as steam room, jaccuzi, suana room, pool table are all free accept for massage services. Things that are not so good is wifi our room is out of reach of wifi signals, too weak to do anything so i had to sit around at the lobby just to get access to the internet. Next, i see cockroacges in our room it did not hinder me much but im not sure for other hotel guests. This resort deserve more stars for the service they provide.

Enjoyed our stay very much, walked sandy beach every morning to watch the sun rise. Pool, spa facilities top notch. Food was excellent. entire staff very friendly. It does not get any better when you can take 10 steps out the back of your room and have your toes in the sand.

My Wife and I had a weeks break at White Sands resort in January 2014. The resort is at the end of Nui Me Beach, and has one of the best bits of the beach, nice for swimming. The resort is small enough to feel intimate, but has all the facility's including a lovely pool, prices at the restarant and bars were very reasonable. Nui Me is about 20 minutes walk along the beach or a 50- 60,000 dong taxi fare, we loved our stay at White Sands, down sides, the cleaning was not the best, and the Breakfast was lacking in choice, but over all a nice place and if we went back to Nui Me we would stay there again

If all you want is to chill out and relax by the beach, this place is for you. Not much going on around, so you'd have to take a taxi into Mui Ne to go "party" but otherwise a great little spot for grabbing a beach lounger, ordering drinks via the intercom (so you don't move, they bring them to you) and soaking up some sun. Really great food in the restaurant and happy friendly staff throughout. The two English guys in charge look like their going to make this a great getaway spot for those who want to avoid the crowds and just chill. Get one of the beach bungalows, the view is fantastic. I would go back for sure.

After spending a hectic week in HCMC we decided to seek a quiet few days on the beach. The White Sands was an excellent choice. With only 29 rooms it is small and friendly and you get to know the staff who are very attentive and helpful. Food was excellent offering both local and European options. Good value. Would return

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the whole hotel was well maintained including the pool and beach side seating area. Unfortunately it is a bit of a drive out of town but luckily taxis aren't expensive.

We stayed in a bungalow on the beautiful private secluded beach. Staff picked us up late at night from our bus stop and allowed us to have a late check out at no extra cost. There are both English and Vietnamese staff and they are very hospitable and friendly. We loved having cocktails and food at the beach bar. Swimming pool was very pretty and inviting. Only shortcomings were to do with our room - leaking shower head (which to be fair they tried to fix repeatedly but to no avail) and dirty shower curtain. Would definitely recommend to couples who want a romantic getaway in the nature away from the main strip in Mui Ne.
