Norton House Hotel

Impromptu stay at the property, in a 2 bed apartment which was nicely kitted out and nice decor. Breakfast was very nice and not too heavy, had a choice of continental and cooked breakfast. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a nice terrace area for drinks and lunch/dinner. Would recommend staying here.

Good value, staff very helpful and professional. Parking good and within easy walking distance of local facilities. Breakfast menu and service very good.

Spacious room, decent bathroom with good towels and bathrobes,good storage space. The two evening meals we had were very good, attentive staff. Pleasant book in on arrival and departure.

This is your best option for staying in The Mumbles. Parking is easy and quiet. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. This is our third time staying.

Room was small , but nicely decorated. Very friendly and hardworking staff . Excellent breakfast.

The only thing I would say I’d upgrade next time, a little bit of noises from adjoining neighbours but would definitely stay again.

Good hotel in a great location

This is an amazing hotel we stayed for 3 nights and were so well looked after. The room was lovely, food excellent but more than anything all the staff were brilliant.

I loved my stay here. Check in was easy, rooms are quiet and breakfast was lovely. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms was warm. Already booked my next stay for in a couple of months

Our room was clean & quiet. The staff were excellent, especially at breakfast, efficient & friendly.

When i booked a room in this hotel, it stated restaurant, and displayed the menu, this was required for my stay. Two days before arriving, i confirmed my booking, nothing mentioned about the restaurant. Unfortunately upon my arrival, i was informed the restaurant was closed for a function, but could use the restaurant if i went too the function. When i went too my room, laying on the bed was the tv remote control, and the restaurant menu!!!!! It is quite unfortunate that no notification was received regarding restaurant closed on the night of my stay. On the positive side -The exterior of the building looked quite impressive. The interior was very clean, my room was above standard what i was expecting. The breakfast food available was varied and very tasty.

Another good stay in a relatively quiet and well appointed hotel.

I stayed here about 10 years ago. I can see that some minor maintenance needs to be addressed, this particularly applies to the room. Window is very stiff with the handle being loose. A few tiles in the bathroom are cracked with missing grouting. The top shower head needs addressing as the spray shoots out in all directions. These are just minor points that doesn't affect one's stay, but I think they need to be highlighted.

Location is excellent. A quick walk to Oystermouth Castle and Oyster Bay. Restaurant menu is diverse and food is delicious. Staff is excellent. Many thanks to Arun and Josie and the rest of the staff who insured our stay was most enjoyable.
