Fabulous 2 night stay! Hosts were welcoming and friendly but not intrusive. The b&b was in a ideal location very close to the centre but felt very peaceful. The breakfasts were lovely with a wide range of options (the poached eggs were spot on!) There was so much attention to detail which made this accommodation stand out from others. Would highly recommend

the house is quietly located right over the pont-y bridge, 2mins walking to the busy center and 5mins walking to the train station!
The river is right out the the house, you can go into it or have picnic on the riverside or long walk along the river.
If you plan to take the bus to hiking trails, the bus stop is conveniently near the bridge!
The owner David and family are very nice and helpful. The lounge and the room are cozy and comfortable. There are outdoor seating areas too which are lovely for watching the clouds lol.
I enjoyed my stay and would book it again if I’m back to the area. Cheers

Owner Dave and his daughter were extremely friendly and welcoming. Summer Hill Guest House in a very good location to explore the area. The breakfast was excellent and there was a large choice available for all tastes. Parking was good but would be a bit awkward in busy periods.
Room was clean and had a very good shower. We had room 2 and if you're like me 6ft 4 watch your head as you enter...also it would have been better if there was a couple of chairs and table rather then a small fold out bed (I think that's what it was?).
Overall enjoyed our stay and would return.

We stayed in room no.1(small cosy room)the room was small had a nice comfy bed nice ensiute spotless clean, Dave was very helpful at breakfast with ideas of were to visit, the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. This guest house is in a superb location right in the centre of betws-y-coed, car park at the rear was a bit small but okay. If we visit this area again i wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! Easy self-service check in and clean, cosy and comfortable bedroom and ensuite. In a perfect location just a short walk from the local pubs, restaurants and shops in Betws-y-Coed. Dave was a great host and breakfast was lovely! Hope to return again :)

Ample parking at rear and walkable distance to town. Good internet speeds and the breakfast was generous in portions and excellent quality. The owner is always up for a chat in the morning at breakfast with friendly advice on the days plans or just to talk weather. The rooms are on the small side and there are stairs to contend with so just take up an overnight bag from the car and you will be fine and avoid swinging cats in the bathroom

Unfortunately I was unable to properly experience the town and accommodation as I broke my wrist on the first evening on my way back to the property. Our host was very helpful and directed us to Bangor A&E. Hopefully will have the opportunity to go back.
