Room was spotlessly clean and lovely comfortable bed.

The room was immaculate and professionally designed, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were outstandingly helpful (going above and beyond when I forgot my charger). However, the facilities were a major drawback. The swimming pool was too cold for use in November, and the sauna was out of order during our visit. If amenities are important, check their status first; otherwise, enjoy the exceptional service and high-quality rooms.

Stayed for two days the pool and facilities were great stuff for a very meanable and couldn't give enough of you we'll stay again

The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and welcoming. The facilities were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful; you could choose for yourself what you wanted. There was a large selection to choose from. It was easy to park.

Lovely place

Poor sound insulation between rooms. Some key staff were less than friendly. Provisions in room inadequate… tea bags, milk, tissues. Had to request. Bed uncomfortable. Hotel agreed to move us to another room where the bed was fine. BUT evening meal was very good. Certainly would not revisit, and it did have negative impact on the visit to the area.

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff were generally not very friendly, particularly the lady at reception on the morning of check-out. When we arrived at 8:25 pm, we asked about dinner options, but the night check in staff member told us the kitchen closed at 8:30 pm and suggested we go into town for takeaway. On our way back from the town, as passing the restaurant to the room, we saw a family been served their meal. Breakfast was advertised from 8:00–10:00 am, but the check-in staff advised us to come at 10:00 am to avoid the wedding party crowd. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the buffet was completely empty where the waiter offered to have the chef cook a plate, there was no real variety left, only one pastry and the bread for toast was picked up shortly after seated as the breakfast waiters started cleaning. Considering we had to pay extra for breakfast this was very disappointing. As the only brown family we saw at the hotel, we also left with the uncomfortable feeling of being treated differently, which made our stay even less enjoyable. On the positive, the lady at the spa desk was very friendly and spa facilities good. Firm bed, bathroom amenities available with tea and coffee options and complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. Free and ample parking on site.

Stay at the Kinmel was very enjoyable. Staff and room/ cleanliness excellent and grounds gorgeous. Very lucky with the weather so took full advantage of eating and drinking outside. Have a food allergy which staff made fully aware of and chef adapted menus for me when needed and provided tailored items for breakfast each day but would have been useful to be provided with milk alternative on coffee tray in room. Limited menu and not many vegan/vegetarian dishes in restaurant It would have been useful to know that best to book treatments when booking room as all fully booked when we arrived but we found other things to do in nearby Conwy and Rhyl. Overall very good short break.

The uht milk pots in the room were spoilt milk. No AC. Room itself was clean

An enjoyable stay, use of the spa being free as a guest, 2 hour booking having the spa to ourselves was extra special, weather this be the same if hotel was busy, spa pool was quite small would have been quite full. Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the Coctails, a little pricy, reduce to £9 as £13 bit steep, we would have had more.! We ate in the restaurant great choices nicly presented. £9 for a dessert again a little pricy.

Great location just off A55. Lovely and quiet with great rooms

Lovely hotel, beautiful bar area and great spacious clean room with comfy bed and good amenities. Nice, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend friends/family here and would come back again :-)

Hotel was excellent, this was our second stay here and the facilities were just as good as before. Room very clean and everything that you need supplied. Staff very welcoming too.

Beautiful place

Hotel and spa great, food not so good, from breakfast, afternoon tea, bar snacks and evening meal all very disappointing, shame really has this really let’s the hotel down, would only rate 1 star for food and value for money, returned home a very hungry guest following a 3 night stay

Nice quiet location, rooms nice not super luxury but high end. Very nice spa pool, lovely and warm and allow kids at certain hours only. The restaurant was good food but not very good service.

Chairs outside entrance were all over and not put together all of our time there , cigarette buts were on tables outside not cleared up though our stay.

The hotel fairly easy to find could have done with a bigger sign as you come off the main road and smaller ones as you drive up the track .The grounds looked lovely and the entrance good bar relaxing and dinner service good spa a little small

Beautiful little hotel in the middle of nowhere Just what couples need, a few points what need consideration, what in loss of stars, try to book treatment at the spa fully booked, plus the breakfast was Buffy style and lukewarm but very nice.
