We were late for arrival and Jo was wonderful in welcoming us. Clean, comfortable, and free public parking. Amazing castle nearby which was beautifully lit up at night. Wish we had known about it as we would have planned to stay longer than one night.

Fabulous location overlooking the bay. The room was clean and we had a great view from the bedroom window of the beach. Very relaxing our hosts made us feel welcome. They laid a table so we could eat our take out whilst taking in the views of cardigan bay

Very disappointing. The whole building including our room needs some TLC, smelt musky, our shower didn’t work and no one to greet us when we arrived.

The Moelwyn hotel is in a perfect location , overlooking the sea and central to all amenities. Unfortunately the hotel is need of some renovation work and modernisation . This didnt bother us too much ,we enjoyed our 2 night stay which was reasonably priced. There is no breakfast or food served . Our room had a lovely sea view.

Was a comfortable stay this time stayed at this hotel for 3 years around early July following our four day stay at Llangollen for music and dancing eistetord festival. We enjoyed seaside views at molwyn we experienced all seasons in 3 days super hot and calm seaside but then storm rough sea and windy luckily we were equipped with ski clothing in July in wales layers on clothes and air conditioning in car for cooling in sunshine afternoon’s. Nice icecream van and fish and chips available in walking range. Steve and Jo made us very welcome.
