Great location in Bethlehem with great staff/ customer service. Descent breakfast, they turn off AC in the morning but you can call the front desk and ask them to turn it back on. I would come back if I’m staying in Bethlehem.

Pleasant stay in a hotel that caters for large groups. We stayed just one night. Breakfast was fine. Bar was dominated at night by a large group of pilgrims. 24 hour service was not what it seemed. We could not raise anyone at 4am.

The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Hard pillows. No noise suppression between rooms. Some 25 minutes walk to Manger Square. Not as described.Full of tour groups who started breakfast at 6.15am.

The hotel is big and old but for Palestine is expected. The room was big with a balcony overlooking the city. The shower was hot but not powerful. The breakfast is plentiful and good variety. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I’d happily come back and if you need somewhere to explore Bethlehem then it’s a great place.

This comfortable hotel with spacious rooms caters to tour groups. The rooms were large and comfortable and the rate included an excellent breakfast buffet. We purchased a dinner buffet, one evening which also included a tasty variety of food choices. The hotel is walking distance from Manger Square but it is a bit of a walk. We were not part of a tour group so were especially appreciative of the suggestions and directions from the helpful hotel staff.

It was a reasonable hotel about 10-15 minutes walk away from Manger Square. Quite easily, this could have been a four star rating but for the following: no complimentary bottle of water in fridge or water towers to be seen; check-in and check-out staff were 'obliging' (to put it nicely!), beds and pillows not particularly comfortable and breakfast, while extensive in terms of choice, was not matched with quality. Advantages: great views over Bethlehem from our room; generaly the hotel had a smart appearance and finally it did represent reasonably good value given how late we left it until booking.

Hotel destiné au tour opérateur, hôtel salle, salle de bain sale, sol pas fait dans la chambre, petit dej pas bon (tout était mauvais, plus de lait, café mi eau/mi café, jus de fruit en poudre immonde) avec tout déjà à moitié vidé par les bus de touristes des tours opérateur. Nous n’y avons pas mangé le soir (heureusement) Seul bon point, l’accueil est sympa ce qui est plutôt la qualité des palestiniens

必要な備品はあるし、部屋も広く快適に過ごせた。ただ、大きいホテルなので、グループツアーが何組も朝食時に来ており、喧騒たる雰囲気で食事したのが残念であった。それがなければ、パレスチナ自治区ではあまりない酒屋が2、3軒ホテルの前にあるし、レストランやファーストフード店もあるので、便利。エルサレムに戻るアラブバスの出発地点にも近い。
