Scoot e-ticket is an eligible proof for booking an Scoot. Show your e-ticket during check-in at the Scoot counter at the airport, or use it for self check-in (at the airport or online), to get your boarding pass. If you have not received your e-ticket within 60 minutes after payment is completed, please contact Traveloka Customer Service.
With a fleet consisting of Airbus 320s and Boeing 787 Dreamliners, Scoot provides a spacious cabin to ensure passenger comfort, even in longer flights. In the Economy Class cabin, each Standard Seat is 18-inch wide and has a pitch of 31 inches (Boeing 787 Dreamliner) or 20,5-inch wide with a pitch of 28 inches (Airbus 320). Passengers can also upgrade to Super Seats, which provide 30% more legroom. In addition, internet access is also available so passengers can stay connected during the flight.
No need to feel hungry during the flight because Scoot provides a selection of high-quality meals to pick from, ranging from hot meals, light meals, and long-haul meal bundles. Meals can be ordered before or during the flight, except for Scoot’s premium selection meals, which must be pre-ordered.
Passengers who want to travel with an enhanced flying experience, yet still enjoy a competitive price, Scoot also provides a business class service known as ScootBiz. Each seat is 22-inch wide with a 38-inch legroom, complete with fully adjustable headrests and leg rests. The seat is also equipped with an in-seat power facility to keep passenger’s gadget charged throughout the flight. On top of that, passengers can also enjoy an in-flight entertainment via ScooTV.
Each ScootBiz Class passenger will get free premium meals during the flight. Premium selections come with a deluxe meal, two deluxe sides, and a drink. Menus vary depending on the flight destination, but each is cooked using only the finest ingredients.
To reward its loyal passengers, Scoot teams up with KrisFlyer, Singapore Airline’s frequent flyer program, to make flying with Scoot an even more rewarding experience. As a KrisFlyer member, passengers can earn miles when flying with over 30 partner airlines including Singapore Airlines and SilkAir, as well as when using services from over 170 world-class partners that include credit cards, hotels, travel services, and retail. Passengers can redeem their miles for Scoot travel vouchers, which can be used to purchase flight tickets or add-on services.
Scoot provides an airport lounge facility, which can be accessed by purchasing Scoot-in-Style–Scoot’s package of premium privileges. Aimed to provide passengers with more comfort, passengers can kick back and enjoy scrumptious snacks, refreshing beverages, shower facilities, and other facilities on Scoot’s lush departure lounges. Following the merger of Scoot with Tigerair, a new flight attendant uniform was released. The new design bears a refreshing, yet distinctive signature looks, with black and yellow as the two main colors. The female flight attendants uniform provides a flattering silhouette through the asymmetric dress design and higher waistline. Meanwhile, the male flight attendants wear a collared shirt with yellow highlights on the shoulders and arms, as well as on the shirt’s buttons.
