The staff was friendly, and when we arrived it wasn't so crowded.

Tickets are easy to redeem, and lockers and towels are not included. The hot springs aren't too hot, just warm. Some rides are closed during the day. The natural views are stunning.

Friendly staff, spacious place, lots of rides, decent hot water, okay price.

On the 13th, I visited with my family. The water was hot but it didn't feel like hot water, it was just warm but not really warm, not as expected.

Great experience, came here couple of times with friends and family. Good for chill and relax. Minus: their infrastructure is quite old and traditional

I like how Toya Devasya consistently expanding their pool arena so they have more spots to explore. The only thing that could be improved for me is their bathroom setting. They only put the hanger outside the shower spaces, which is weird because it caused my mom her clean towel, when she ran for her towel after shower, she couldn't find it anywhere, only a soaked towel, which we believe someone accidentally used my mom's. Hope they could reset how the bathroom works for more convenient and safe.

The view is beautiful facing the mountains, the water is warm, it's so much fun!

The check-in process is fast, but security needs to be improved because there are some parts that are mossy and slippery so you have to be more careful.

The place is very spacious and has many rides, so there is no need to be afraid of crowds. The bathroom facilities are very good, there is a hairdryer in the women's bathroom.
