I like how Toya Devasya consistently expanding their pool arena so they have more spots to explore. The only thing that could be improved for me is their bathroom setting. They only put the hanger outside the shower spaces, which is weird because it caused my mom her clean towel, when she ran for her towel after shower, she couldn't find it anywhere, only a soaked towel, which we believe someone accidentally used my mom's. Hope they could reset how the bathroom works for more convenient and safe.

The view is beautiful facing the mountains, the water is warm, it's so much fun!

The check-in process is fast, but security needs to be improved because there are some parts that are mossy and slippery so you have to be more careful.

The place is very spacious and has many rides, so there is no need to be afraid of crowds. The bathroom facilities are very good, there is a hairdryer in the women's bathroom.

Every 3 months I bring guests there and we are very satisfied with all the facilities. Thank you.

morning bliss ticket stated that the price includes locker, towel, breakfast, mineral water. locker and towel are charged again. breakfast and mineral water are not provided at all. even though the time of our visit, 10 am. not later than 11. The only thing that makes happy is the view. changing room and shower, smelly. the water is not hot. not a hot spring, but this is a warm spring.

Team for ticket exchange and purchase on the spot is not clear and understanding

Toilets for changing clothes for local tourists should be cleaner like for international tourists.

Honestly, my expectations were really high, but I was sad when I went there yesterday because some of the pools had a lot of moss and were a bit dirty, and especially there were a lot of flies.

The place is big, the rides are quite good, only the cleanliness of the pool is a bit lacking, with the relatively expensive price maybe tires or floats could be provided for child visitors for free

Always want to come back here, because the view is super special, with family accompanied by floating dinner. If it can eliminate or reduce flies it will be very significant. Overall recommended.
