Wow... amazing, what a fun experience to have with the family.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful in the ticket exchange process so the process was fast.

My kids are so happy here. It's fun. It's kid-friendly. The place is so spacious, I ended up renting an e-bike inside.

Tip: If you use the pass plus eco greenpark ticket, come early so you get the best experience.

This place is very educational, because there are many types of animals that they can see directly.

The rides are okay, the cleanliness is also adequate, but I think the employees are not very informative. Several times I asked about the route, but in the end I was confused, especially at the drive-thru, I asked what if I had my own car, and each employee gave a different answer, so I ended up confused even though it was raining heavily. In the end, I used the Jatim Park facilities while getting wet. But for the rest, it was okay... Yesterday I went to Jatim Park 2 during the school holidays, it was very crowded, maybe the employees were overwhelmed.

Buying tickets through the app is convenient. Once you arrive, just exchange them for an entry wristband. Jatim Park 2 is huge. It's easy to spend a whole day there, thanks to the fresh, cool air. Kids' rides are free. It's especially great during the off-peak season, as there aren't many lines.

It's so much fun, the place is so spacious, and you don't have to worry about getting hungry because the Secret Zoo has a lot of food stalls, from cheap to expensive. There are also several merchandise vendors selling clothes. The clothes are really nice, but they're expensive. Tickets can be purchased offline or online. Redeeming tickets for Traveloka purchases can be done directly at the ticket counter, which is fast and easy. There are several rides, although not as many as Jatim Park 1, but you should definitely try them; they're so much fun. I'd love to try the drive-thru sometime.

Batu Secret Zoo turns out to be a great place to go, and it's well-equipped with athletic shoes, as it's so expansive. Unfortunately, the food there is lacking, only chicken, sausage, nuggets, and instant noodles.
