This was our first visit to Vietnam. We're very happy we chose Danang for our first trip, especially Bana Hills. We'll be back.

The ticket prices are good compared to buying directly at the destination, and the booking and payment process is quick and easy. A staff member contacted me before the scheduled date to send the QR code for the ticket. The driver of the shuttle service was enthusiastic, responsive, and friendly. Except for the fact that the place is always crowded and the voucher for drinks/food at the brewery is practically useless, everything else is pretty good. I recommend booking a combo ticket for a better price.

I played a lot of games. The weather was a bit bad on the way back, so we had to wait an hour for the cable car. It's best to get back before 4 PM.

This was my first time visiting Ba Na Hills, and there were so many amazing things to see that even a whole day wouldn't be enough to explore everything. There were so many beautiful sights, so many attractions, and the food was great too. If we have the chance, my family will definitely go again.

This is a fantastic place with lots of places to see and activities to do. The only downside is we were stuck for a bit due to unfavorable weather condition rendering the cable car to be unsafe. But overall we really enjoyed ourselves.

I had a fun day here. Make sure to wear your coach.

Before going, I thought, "Wow, 1 million VND per ticket is too expensive!" But after going, I realized it was totally worth it! The scale is on par with an international tourist destination! I love and appreciate Vietnam and its people even more!

Okay, the memorable vacation was a bit crowded.

The whole group had a wonderful vacation.

We booked tickets through an app with a discount code, only buying entrance tickets, saving almost 200k VND for the whole family of 3 adults and 2 children. Downloading the QR code online beforehand avoided queuing. We were nervous on the cable car 🤣, my husband's face was pale, poor thing. After sightseeing until almost noon, we went to Lotteria for a fried chicken and hamburger combo for the whole family, costing only 455k VND. When we bought the tickets, we received a voucher for 5 free beer/food vouchers, but we didn't use them.

The ticket redemption process is convenient and the prices are quite reasonable compared to other agencies. The app's reliability is excellent. Vouchers are sent via email conveniently.

Exchanging tickets is very quick. No need to exchange tickets at the counter.

Easy to enter into Ba Na Hills, just need to scan QR code. Helpful staff is there to assist and they speak English too. Very clean environment too! Very cooling weather and if lucky, will get to see a clear view!
