The staff were very attentive, paying attention to customers using priority services and guiding them to use the priority lane.

The scenery is beautiful, and the staff are very helpful. The restrooms are 100% clean.

It is very easy to use. Just directly scan at the cable car entry.

The scenery is absolutely stunning, but going in January will be cold, around 14 degrees Celsius. Buying a package tour that includes a guide is great because everything is taken care of from A to Z.

I was extremely disappointed with the food at the Four Seasons restaurant. It was nothing more than cheap, low-quality rice dishes, with no local specialties, and not worth the price. Compared to Sun World Fansipan, it was far worse.

We had to go right in the rain. It hurt! It would have been beautiful if we had gone in the summer.

Scam. The ticket said you could enter and see some attractions, but it actually closed very early. The signs were small and hard to find. On the way back, you had to wait for the scheduled cable car ride to get off.

At night most things are closed. All the shops and stalls are closed, most things that are mentioned in the ticket as included, are closed. We only really got to see the bridge, and the buffet, and use the bus ride. Whrn you get there people are pressure washing the floors, at some places its like a ghost town. The ticket discription should be amended to explain which items are closed at night. The food and the bus was great, the rest was a waste.

Prepare the barcode that was sent. Used for everyone.. The information board is a bit lacking in instructions.. Eating at Four Seasons is very crowded.. At the end of the year at Bana Hill, it was drizzling and foggy. It looks good in summer.

A properly developed tourist attraction but went today it was too foggy so couldn’t see much. The golden hand bridge is probably the most overhyped and underwhelming place in Vietnam. Not wheelchair friendly at all. Overcrowded. Cable car station was chaotic. Buffet food was mediocre and long queue and overcrowded. Only come here if you really don’t have anything else to do in da nang.

The scenery is incredibly beautiful, but people should avoid going on rainy or foggy days because you won't be able to see anything around you from the top :D

It was a pleasant experience, visiting ba na hill, despite the weather being bad the entire time. The entire park was clean, and staffs were very helpful. Traveloka sold the ticket that was bundled with the bana brew entrance. However, entrance to the brew house was free and it even included two free drinks and a plate of fries, for two.

The staff were really friendly but I would NOT go off of the suggested itinerary on the website here. The bus is about an hour ride, so although you make the 2pm bus, you won't actually get to the cable car until about 3:20/3:30 because of the length of the walk on top of that. We got lost a few times as well looking for a particular cable car station but found out it was closed once we asked the staff. The cable car ride (second longest) was about 18-20mins one way. The overall area is quite large and can be confusing so allow yourself time. Walking around was really nice even though we didn't see much for most of it due to fog. Again, if you can help it, DO NOT get the 9pm cable car back down. We couldn't take an earlier one because they closed the station until 9pm. We were RUSHING to make it back to the shuttle bus by 9:30 and even then, only just managed to make it in time. Food at the Beer Plaza was a reasonable range but the entertainment was absolutely the favourite.
