This will speed up the ticket delivery process via WhatsApp. We happened to be waiting in a long line to enter (around 40 minutes) while we were waiting, so we waited while the tickets were sent via WhatsApp. The tickets are in PDF format; just scan them at each entrance. Very simple and easy. The price is also cheaper than buying an OTS.

An impressive experience! The views of Fansipan are breathtaking. However, the weather is unpredictable, sometimes sunny, sometimes foggy.

No need to print a ticket; simply show the ticket in the app and it can be scanned directly at the machine. There were no issues at all; everything went smoothly and on time. We chose the halal food service for lunch, and it was very satisfying. The restaurant is spacious, with a wide variety of dishes, and it suits the Indonesian palate. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
