Ticket exchange is easy. The staff is nice, the security guards are friendly & helpful. The indoor shower area has many booths, so you don't have to worry about not getting one (at most there are 1-2 shower rooms that need door repair, but so far the showers are all working, strong). There is also a prayer room, as well as prayer robes. If you want to sit in the gazebos (first come, first served), renting them is only 100 thousand for 3 hours, it's better to bring your own ticket, but if you want to rent tickets for 75 thousand for as long as you like. As for the slides, it seems like none of them are broken, all can be used. Not bad if you want to swim cheaply (it's quite far from Jakarta, huh 🤣)

The place is spacious and has a children's pool and an adult pool. The canteen has a wide selection of food and affordable prices. I happened to be here during the school holidays, so even on a weekday, there were bubble baths in the children's pool. A satisfying experience. I'll be back again.

The ticket exchange process was super fast. Buying online is cheaper. The service is also good. However, the restrooms are a bit less clean due to clogged drains (the women's restroom is near the Monase slide, the highest slide).

The location is easy to find, the parking area is spacious and even buses can enter. The water park is also spacious and has lots of games, the only thing missing is a shower room.

This was my second time at the Batavia swimming pool, but this time I used the app. The ticket redemption system was easy. Just tell the ticket attendant and they'll redeem it. However, I'm still not entirely clear on the cashback voucher. It does say a discounted price, but I paid the full price. Overall, it was okay. I went there on a weekday, so it wasn't too crowded. The place is fun and pleasant. The cafeteria is okay, with affordable prices. You can bring in outside food. The restrooms, shower rooms, and prayer room are complete and clean.
