There are many things that need to be improved, starting with the minimal information provided by the officers regarding ticket exchange. The long distance from ticket purchase to the entrance forced us to walk back and forth. Transactions inside must be cash. QR code cannot be used.

Recommended, I happen to like going to GWK because I want to see the filming location of Wonderland Indonesia firsthand.

My first time at GWK was in 2012, and things have changed a lot now, and it will be even better when I return in 2025. The ticket exchange process was quick and easy, and staff were available at several attraction locations and were willing to help take our photos. The facilities are also much better now...

It was good. We got to see the Kecak performance during the rain, and there were a lot of visitors due to the school holidays. So it was a bit noisy and uncomfortable to watch.

Some staff were unaware of app-based ticketing. Some areas were closed for special events, and performances were moved to temporary stages.
