a bit disappointed with the ticket exchange process there, because we had bought online through traveloka but when we arrived at the gate of the white crater at 9 o'clock we couldn't enter because the information was that the officer who handled the online ticket would come at 9 o'clock. Then when we had successfully entered, we took our own car up and the road was not smooth and many were damaged.
