Arriving at 10 a.m., the big puppies were still having their fur dried, while the little ones were already playing around. The puppies smelled nice and were well-groomed and healthy. Their living quarters were also clean. The staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. Kids would definitely love this place.

While you can pay upfront with a QR code at Rumah Guguk, we need to reevaluate the payment method for everyone. As an additional suggestion, to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the animals and visitors, it would be better if every visitor's shoe is charged for shoe covers, so they can arrive and leave comfortably. Overall, compared to Rumah Guguk in neighboring countries, this is pretty good. I'll definitely be back again ❤️

AAAAAKKK SO CUTE!! Bought a voucher on Traveloka so I didn't have to queue. Thank God, I stopped by here on my way back from Lembang Zoo (on my way to the hotel). No queue. Exchanged the voucher immediately. I immediately wore a bracelet as my entrance ticket. Then I could see the dogs in the salon and swimming. After that, I went into the main attraction. To feed the dogs, I paid 20,000 Rupiah per pack of food. Just prepare a budget for 4-5 bags. Cute. The staff are very friendly, not overly so. It's sweet and the kids are allowed to play. The highlight is FREE SNACKS - boiled corn - boiled peanuts - hot tea - shaved ice for the kids - mineral water - chiki chikian It's free and cool to eat and sit there while waiting for the kids to play with the dogs. Hmm, I think 1-2 hours here is great - just the right time.

I had the most wonderful time visiting Rumah Guguk Bandung last weekend, and I can’t stop raving about it! As a huge dog lover, I was thrilled to find a place where I could hang out with so many adorable pups. Walking into Runah Guguk felt like stepping into a doggy paradise—there were fluffy Huskies, playful Golden Retrievers, and even a super cuddly Poodle that stole my heart.

The dogs are so cute and adorable. The place is cool, comfortable, and aesthetic for beautiful photos. Dog lovers will definitely love playing here 🥰

The service is okay, it's just a shame that many of the dogs are old and their fur isn't that good, maybe because it's quiet now, but the atmosphere of the place is nice and comfortable, you can get snacks too

I really enjoyed going to Rumah Guguk because I could interact with the cute doggies there, from small to large. In addition to doggies, there are birds, ducks, and rabbits. The place is spacious and cool. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

I've been here 3 times and this time it's different from other visits. Now there's only 1 place so it's more optimal than having to move around even though it's in front of everyone. The dogs now have to be given meat first before they wake up. But it's nice to come when it's quiet so you don't have to queue to take pictures.
