Good convenience but have to pick up the ticket at the mall which is quite a walk away

Buy at traveloka cheaper. But the place for redeem is not in gardens by the bay in other places which are quite far from gardens by the bay.

I loved the Gardens by the Bay though I couldn’t go to the OCBC Skywalk because of the weather (I bought the tickets for OCBC Skywalk). A tip would be to check where you could redeem the ticket you’ve purchased online. I wish I had more info beforehand because I had some troubles to redeem it because I couldn’t redeem the tickets directly on Gardens by the Bay.

Ticket exchange places are quite far from the venue, you have to go back and forth by taking a taxi and mrt. Flower dome lots of flowers and spots for photographs, cloud forest scenery is nice and the weather is cold inside. To ride OCBC Skyway, we have to queue to take the time slot when we can go up, it is rather troublesome because after queuing, we have to queue again to go up in our time slot. Incidentally, the last time slot so the time above was rushed because it was about to close. If possible we are above the light show. So you can see above and below

Ticket exchange details must be considered, because vouchers cannot be exchanged at the venue, fortunately the ticket exchange limit is still 1 month from the chosen date. It turns out that you need to spend up to a full day to explore all the places in the garden by the bay, and there are many queues on the skywalk too

Tickets are cheaper than buying directly at the gate, worth a look. It is not convenient to have to change hard tickets elsewhere to be able to see.

In the Travel World Voucher, the method of receiving tickets is not detailed. You have to go to the original voucher to know that you have to pick up the ticket at the city tourist hub and have a deadline not exceeding 18.30 each day. That day

The only thing that was regretful was I didn't realized that I was supposed to redeem the tickets at marina sq. and it was already 640 pm. The note regarding redemption was too small that I didn't bothered reading as the front page of voucher gave a simpler instructions on redemption but didn't mentioned where. I thought I was able to redeem it at the attraction site. I ended up buying a new ticket

I had a great experience visiting the flower dome and the cloud forest. Unfortunately, the weather was not that good so that I couldn't visit the skywalk.

The trip was amazing. Even though the place to redeem is quite far from the Garden, it was not a problem at all.

I enjoyed that attraction but I was not satisfied with the ticketing issue as I did not get the notice about ticket redemption at another agency in Singapore. Until I came to Garden by the Bay, my friend had to wait for me to redeem the tickets. It took me 40 minutes to do it. I know there was information on my booking but you should send me a notice. Thank you!

What's not fun is the same as the experiences of previous colleagues written in the review column, which is in the matter of redeem vouchers, very difficult. Much better if you can redeem vouchers on location.

Be aware of ticket redeem point that is not in the same location with Garden by the Bay... It took me 20 minutes to pick it up. Then, you can enjoy the rest!
