The best day had with our group. From buying tickets to entry, to the rides and facilities. It is an exceptionally well-run venue. The food choices are great too. The staff are what make it so great right across the park. Always engaging with you or giving a warm greeting and smile. The best.

Everything was good except the staff was a bit pushy about paying for photos, even though the photos weren't good either.

Cool, will be coming here often in the future.

I've been here two times with my boyfriend and the kids. We always have such a good time, the kids love all the rides. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you're here with the family, it is highly recommended to rent the gazebo, so while the kids play on the slides, the grown-ups can just relax. Had a bit of an unfortunate incident when trying to book the cabana though. I tried to contact the Waterbom staff, got through, and was answered by Adel (the staff name). I asked if we can book a gazebo, and honestly, she was not helpful at all. She said it's all full, and when I asked if we can have a waiting list if there's a gazebo available, Adel said they're all full and the waiting list is already long. Mind you, I asked 2 days in a row, but when I used my boyfriend's number, who is a foreigner, she said there's 1 available right away. Sounds a bit racist from Adel, tbh. But oh well, the kids had a great time here!

The best waterpark I have been to so far. It's so clean, the rides and facilities were wonderful for little kids with so many varieties of rides. The kids had a blast, and the food in this waterpark is better than expected. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely go there again when visiting Bali.

Honestly, it's the best waterpark I have been to. We are a family of 4 with kids age 5 and 10, and there are so many play areas/rides they can play. The food there was fantastic, and cleanliness is top-notch. This park is beyond my expectations!

If you’re with family, better rent a gazebo. Order online or on-site, check frequently for vacant gazebos if you didn’t get either. The gazebo comes with a safety box. Don’t forget to bring waterproof pouch for phones! We had a very wonderful time. There are many places to chill and slides for all ages. Make sure you know what you’re getting on because some slides uses different floaty tires. The big warm pool is perfect for chilling at the end of the day. The lazy river was quite packed, those who loves privacy may not enjoy it, but I think there’s still enough space for everyone. The food wasn’t so great though. I had snacks and came out to have dinner after shower. The bathroom was pretty clean. Be sure to have your phone with you for photos and communication. The place is so big and you will get separated from your group if you’re not careful.
