Excellent service, I really like it. It's as beautiful as I thought.

The place is spacious, clean, and beautiful. There are many kinds of sea and land animals to see. Everything is good except for the parrot cage that is placed on the narrow stairs. I don't really like this part.

The staff are polite, take good care of you, and give very good advice.

For the ticket price is cheaper than buying at the counter. The variety of fish is quite complete. Cleanliness is ok. Location inside the mall & easy to find.

Lots of shows in this activity such as feeding animals, underwater ballet etc. also you could see birds and others animals like frogs, snacks, reptiles etc. I’d recommend explore this underwater world Also nice staffs 👏🏻

When posting details in the travel app, the information should be more clear. It makes customers misunderstand that the ticket price is for seeing underwater animals, but when they go in, it is not. It is the price for taking 3D photos.

Waiting for another chance to go back. The kids were never bored. Too bad we forgot to look at the animal zone upstairs. Didn't notice the sign. Only found out when we got out. And there were many other shows that we didn't get to see. Too bad...

Our family especially our toddlers enjoy visiting Aquaria Phuket where they got to see and learn about the amazing animals inside the aquaria. Do plan ur visit there as there are certain showing time where you get to watch the mermaid show (highlight of our visit), the animals feeding etc. We spent about 1.5hours to enjoy and see the animal creatures inside Aquaria. Totally recommend if you have small toddlers

I like the experience here. Thought this aquarium is not as big as I expected, they have a lot of shows, attractions and activities takes our attention from 12pm till 4.30pm 😝 very nice experience. The staff are friendly, the mermaid performers & scuba divers who feed the fishes are super nice & friendly. They interact with children nicely. Overall, my family love this aquarium. Score: 9/10 and it worths for our money. ❤️

Overall very good except for the coin-operated toys for children that make noises and light up to disturb the viewing of the aquatic animals in the museum, making it feel like it shouldn't be there.
