We bought 2 tickets online and paid with our credit cards and the redemption desk would not accept them through this platform. we had to buy 2 more tickets cash at BHT 350 each. very unfortunate. the zoo is great but we basically paid double to enter. Maybe Traveloka could sort that out. and refund our cards.

I ordered tickets to this zoo online through Traveloka, but when I arrived there, they said my payment hadn't been credited to their account, so I ended up not entering and had to buy another ticket in cash. Their service was terrible. They should have had a barcode scanner for proof of payment, but they didn't and only had to chat with someone to confirm our tickets.

Perpaduan antara kebun binatang dan taman safari. Masuk menggunakan mobil sendiri/tram/sewa mobil golf. Tetapi binatang tidak dibiarkan bebas seperti taman safari. Mereka ada di kandang masing-masing. Jadi harus parkir atau berhenti di setiap tempat.
