Overall, it’s quite worth it. But if I should pay the normal price, and the admission pass is different from feeding animals (which we have to pay more for feeding), it’s quite expensive to get only a handful of veggies. They also put different prices for different animals. Still have a lot of under-maintaining spots. For the ambiance, it’s really nice too, especially when you go with your family.

Tickets can be exchanged easily, without any problems. The staff is friendly. There are not many animals, but the place is very comfortable for walking around. There is a children's play area inside, so the kids won't get bored. There is a restaurant and snacks inside too, so you don't have to bother bringing food anymore (you can't bring it in anyway, lol). Want to visit here again, recommended for families.
