A word of caution. All 3rd party sellers such as Traveloka purchases its tickets from somewhere else. At times there is an error with either the traveloka system or the 3rd party seller whereby tickets you have already paid for are redeemed by another buyer. I bought 4 and only managed to redeem 2. The museum has the right to reject your tickets, if i only bought 2 and they were redeemed by someone else you might loose the chance to go. On top of that I would like to highlight the extremely slow customer service of traveloka. It has been almost a month since yet there is no resolution nor refund by traveloka. Simply unacceptable as this is considered as fraud, not receiving goods for which I paid for.
If you want to guarantee your tickets, I suggest that you book directly with the Museum of the Future in advance. If not prepare for disappointment like myself. Museum staff also mentioned this has been happening more frequently, 3rd parties selling tickets repeatedly which they don’t have.
I demand traveloka look into this with greater prudence. My trust in this organisation is gone.
