Friendly Staff Great Architecture

It is soooo worth it. Bring your children to the Museum of the Future to encourage them to contribute to this world problem. The staff is so very helpful in helping us to redeem the ticket. Traveloka is the best!!!

The ticket exchange process is very fast. The queue is neat. The place is very nice and cool..

It’s very futuristic ideas, inside so many things to see beyond expectation, glass laser with lots shapes and 3D lights & TV imagination

A word of caution. All 3rd party sellers such as Traveloka purchases its tickets from somewhere else. At times there is an error with either the traveloka system or the 3rd party seller whereby tickets you have already paid for are redeemed by another buyer. I bought 4 and only managed to redeem 2. The museum has the right to reject your tickets, if i only bought 2 and they were redeemed by someone else you might loose the chance to go. On top of that I would like to highlight the extremely slow customer service of traveloka. It has been almost a month since yet there is no resolution nor refund by traveloka. Simply unacceptable as this is considered as fraud, not receiving goods for which I paid for. If you want to guarantee your tickets, I suggest that you book directly with the Museum of the Future in advance. If not prepare for disappointment like myself. Museum staff also mentioned this has been happening more frequently, 3rd parties selling tickets repeatedly which they don’t have. I demand traveloka look into this with greater prudence. My trust in this organisation is gone.

The ticket promised availability when I browsed and purchased, but was not confirmed initially and eventually could not be fulfilled at all. What’s worse is that when I paid, I noticed the one time password from my bank was not accepted - the same OTP screen reappeared, and my bank thought I was trying to set up mobile banking on a new device. I later learned this was fraudulent activity and my bank detected related activity in Turkey. I’ll take a future without false promises and fraud, thanks!

Selling of tickets was evidently not possible, however the website shows that they are available. Like this, we wasted time and the reimbursement process is even not easy.

Scan the QR code to get the ticket and enjoy. Tickets are very hot, so remember to book early!
