Come when Taman Sari is really quiet. You can actually enjoy the site without a tour guide, but it's more fun if you use a tour guide. It's more comfortable and you won't get lost outside the park, plus you'll get more historical details. The mosque is also very comfortable and clean.

Ticket exchange is easy, the staff is easy to help, the guide is informative, just pay as much as you can but it still makes sense, being taken to the halls of the old kingdom is exciting🥹

The tour guides patiently and in detail explained each area they passed. They also took excellent photos of their visitors. The Taman Sari area is also well-maintained. It turns out Taman Sari is quite expansive.

The staff are a bit technologically illiterate. Not very friendly. The benefit is that there's no waiting in line, and the price is the same.
