Buy your entrance ticket via the app, no hassle. Just scan the barcode on your e-ticket at the entrance gate. There are two paths: one for wheelchairs/strollers, and another for a forest-like path (but don't worry, there are ropes along the path to keep you on track). There are few animals to be seen, but not many. Once you're hungry, you can choose which restaurant you want to eat at. My family's choice is AW.

It's actually quite interesting, but because it was raining, many of the animals didn't want to come out. Overall, it's good and suitable for light outdoor activities.

Quite enjoyable journey! Yet, I think they should add more attractions into it. :)
