A super duper interesting experience, we learned a lot about historical places, moments of the victorious and historic sultanate, the journey of the first Sultan Hamengkubuwono until now, we were able to learn about the role of the Jogja sultanate towards UGM and Indonesian independence.

The staff at the counter are not good

A historical site that is useful for learning about Yogyakarta's history. But unfortunately, the site is not well maintained and looks dull.

Easy process, no need to queue, staff is very helpful.

It would be perfect if it were the Yogyakarta Palace, with its friendly staff. Hopefully, other Javanese palaces will also open their doors here and become as beautiful as the Yogyakarta Palace.

It was a great experience visiting this museum! So many interesting historical facts about Yogyakarta’s Keraton. There are staffs who can give you private tours inside, whether you’re a local or an international tourist they have staffs who can speak many different languages. The only downside is that the line to redeem the ticket was quite long, and there’s no separate line for those who purchased online ticket.

A very popular historical place, a must visit when coming to Yogyakarta, the staff even though they look old but are very professional, it is very easy to exchange tickets from the app.
