Good experience to feel the coldest snow in a tropical place like Trans Snow Surabaya. The facilities were really complete, like an actual snowy place, and all the staff were really helpful.

We went there during the high school holiday season. The ticket exchange queue was a bit delayed due to an issue at the front of the queue, resulting in a long and drawn-out queue. Then, we had to wait our turn to enter. So, we postponed it and entered two hours later. The line was incredibly quiet. Not as crowded as before. It was fun.

Despite the crowds, the staff and queues remained orderly. The staff were helpful and prompt. Cleanliness was maintained, and the playground was a blast. The kids were happy, and so were the parents.

The staff at the location were very friendly and helpful, and the rides were fun and varied. The rental transit area was neat and clean, but the boots needed to be dried and washed regularly to reduce unpleasant odors.

Worth it lah if you buy via the app. I was hesitant to come here because many reviews on Google were not good, but it turned out not to be the case. The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices of food and drinks inside are still affordable because they are indeed delicious. I came after 10 AM on a weekday, so there was no queue at all. Redeemed the ticket quickly.

Overall, it was good; the kids really enjoyed playing in the snow. The only issues were the documentation: the entire file was a bit too expensive, and there was no way to select it even though there were many identical photos.

It'll be so much fun to come there with my family and kids, everyone will love it. It's so cool.
