It was so much fun playing at Trans Snow World, the area was clean and comfortable, the attractions were fun, the equipment rental fees were affordable, the tickets were also cheap and easy to exchange, but it was very cold... success to Traveloka and Trans Snow

The staff at the location are very friendly, but it turns out that even though you buy online, you have to queue again at the ticket counter to print it. It's very annoying. If possible, the system could be changed to something like airplanes, it could be digital from the application.

the place is spacious, the temperature is around 5-7 degrees so it is still comfortable for children.. entrance ticket includes free boots for winterdress it is better to bring from home, if you buy it there it is very expensive..

It's really fun to play in the snow here. Suggestions for the registration counter, don't just have 1 open so there won't be too many queues.

when I arrived, the Traveloka ticket exchange counter was closed so I was directed to queue for offline tickets. Some people including me felt it was useless to buy from Traveloka if they ended up queuing offline. About 20 minutes later, the Traveloka counter was opened. In terms of rides, it's not bad. The slides are fun, but you have to be prepared to spend a lot of money if you want to buy food & drinks inside.
