Buying tickets online is easy, but buying tickets directly is much cheaper and there are also discounts. When you arrive, you must have an email from Traveloka staff with a QR code to enter the gate.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Traveloka I booked a ticket through Traveloka, but the code provided was invalid at the entrance. We had a photo tour scheduled for 7 AM, but Traveloka’s hotline only opens at 8 AM — and even then, no one answered. There was no way to get support when it was urgently needed. To make matters worse, the Traveloka ticket was more expensive than the on-site price. We had no choice but to buy tickets over the counter to avoid missing our tour. Standing there in the heat, trying to get help and getting nothing in return, was beyond frustrating. I emailed Traveloka requesting a refund for the over-the-counter ticket we had to purchase — but there has been no response. Not even an acknowledgment. For a platform that claims to offer convenience, this was a complete letdown. I expected much better. I will seriously reconsider ever using Traveloka again.

The company should have instructed the customer in advance about the entrance ticket to the Imperial Citadel. The customer argued with the ticket office staff and insisted that there was only one Traveloka code, not knowing that a third party ticket office staff would send another email, wasting the customer's time for an entire morning.

Unable to redeem entrance ticket, called the operator and the staff said to wait for support, but it's been 2 days and I haven't received any further response, I haven't received any contact via email or phone as discussed. Very bad experience, first time buying entrance ticket at

I booked the ticket early but the staff only contacted me to send the QR ticket close to the date, so I was a bit worried at first. In return, the QR ticket was very easy to convert, I scanned it at all 3 locations in my combo, and there were no problems.
