The booking was essentially non-existent. I arrived at the location as scheduled but was denied boarding because the cruise operator stated that Traveloka did not send them the booking details. This resulted in a complete waste of time. The customer service experience was equally disappointing and unhelpful, and the refund process was unnecessarily long and frustrating. Overall, a terrible experience.
