Buying tickets here is ok, no worries. The indoor + outdoor combo is cheaper than the listed price, but the day I went there was a large group of children so there wasn't much to do, but it's still cheaper than the children's park.

The playground is spacious and clean. The staff are enthusiastic and attentive. When my child was playing a physical game and had a sore leg, the staff ran over to ask and called the medical staff to help with cold compresses! When you go to the festival, you should take your child to have fun and experience here.

You should buy tickets through traveloka, I bought 8 tickets and got a 200K discount. Scanning is fast and convenient, no need to queue. As for Vinwonder, I think it's normal, the day I went on May 2nd was a bit crowded so I had to wait in line to get a float and play the thrill rides for a long time. It's ok for children to play. You should go early from 1pm to play until the evening :)) Oh, when you enter the water park, you can rent a locker for an additional 50k, and get 1 ice cream for free.

The QR code of the electronic card could not be scanned when passing through the gate, but the staff did not know the reason, telling the customer to buy tickets at an unreliable place while the customer bought them on the app. The customer had to run back and forth, in the end the reason was because the app had not sent an email to Vinwonder. The customer had to beg the support staff and sign a commitment to get the ticket issued. Buying online to avoid long queues turned out to take even longer :))

I bought a combo of water park and cable car. When I arrived at the water park, I couldn't check the QR code to enter the gate. The staff didn't support me and had an attitude.
