There was this 1 lady told me that I couldn't have the oxy facial because I have pimples on my skin. She accuse me for not reading T/C before I book for the treatment. I've already read the T/C & there weren't any info that person with pimples can't have oxy facial. She was very arrogant! And the oxy facial treatment is DIFFERENT if it was from traveloka. If we bought the oxy facial treatment directly from oriskin, they'll give us better treatment. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!

Saya telepon oriskin cab karawaci tgl 20/12/2019. Dijadwalkan untuk facial tgl 25/12/2019 jam 20.00 krn posisi sedang over load (saat telepon menyebutkan nama & nomer hp). Pada tgl 25/12/2019 saya datang ke oriskin. Sampai disana, mereka bilang tdk ada schedule atas nama saya di hari dan jam tsb. Pelayanan buruk, mereka mencatat kunjungan pasien manual (buku catatan sangat lusuh). Thanks atas pengalaman pertama. Saya tdk akan merekomendasikan ke rekan kerja, saudara, teman, tetangga & jg tdk akan mengunjungi oriskin
